Our van was hit 1week before Christmas and totaled. We had a budget we could not go over. Mark did not try pushing us into something we could not afford. After a long search for a quality pre-owned/certified Toyota in the Albany, NY area, I decided to give Greenfield Toyota a shot. Shane was easy to work with and made the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I feel I paid a fair price and received a fair amount for my trade in. I had been looking for a used pick up truck for about six months. Toyota Greenfield had a nice selection of used pickups in nice condition. Because we were repeat customers, he knew what we were looking for and went out of his way to meet our needs; in fact, both he and Cindy - the finance person, stayed late to comlete the transaction and avoid having us return the following day. They even arranged to have our car delivered to our home - exceptional Customer service, in my book ! More
I own a music Venue in Greenfield and Saturday I had a late show that was going to coincide with a substantial snow storm. I am always concerned about snow storms and having to work in Greenfield until late show that was going to coincide with a substantial snow storm. I am always concerned about snow storms and having to work in Greenfield until one in the morning as I have two very treacherous hills to drive up. Hills that I have found myself stuck in with front wheel drive Saabs. Nick and Ryan - took my needs seriously - they worked to get my car prepped and ready for me with some great snow tires by Friday night. It snowed that night and I found myself driving back at one in the morning in a snow storm up two treacherous roads - The Focus with the good snow tires ate up the road. I was home with no fear of getting stuck and sliding off the edge of Smead Hill Road into the gorge. Thanks to all of you at Ford of Greenfield for getting me into a great Amercian car. I have purchased new, a 2004 Sienna XLE LTD, a 2005 Highlander LTD, a 2009 RAV4 LTD from this dealership and then after a problem with the 09 RAV4 which they could never fix I traded it for a Ni Highlander LTD, a 2009 RAV4 LTD from this dealership and then after a problem with the 09 RAV4 which they could never fix I traded it for a Nissan Altima, then to a Rogue, then to a 2008 Highlander LTD, which i turned in for this 2010 RAV4 LTD. The only fault I have found is the dirty and torn head rest on the rear middle seat. After 78 cars in my lifetime I find this dealership to be pretty decent. More

My previous car purchasing experiences have been terrible; I actually had one guy yell at me inside the dealership because I didn't buy a car from him after taking it for a test drive. I've also overheard salespeople talk negatively about customers in front of other customers. So I was not looking forward to buying another car. I was surprised, shocked even, at how enjoyable the experience could be. Shane is probably among the most exceptional car sales reps anywhere. I would definitely go to him for my next car purchase, and I certainly recommend him to others. More
