I entered my name and interest in a Prius in the online systems so all the nearby dealers had quotes (or "saw me coming"). Anyway, Mike and the management worked with me on the price of the car, the finan systems so all the nearby dealers had quotes (or "saw me coming"). Anyway, Mike and the management worked with me on the price of the car, the financing, and some extras (like Simonizing) in a way that felt ok. The best recommendation I can give was their response when we ran into a snag with the insurance company. The dealer was willing to hold the paperwork just in case we needed to redo the financing. That became unnecessary when we worked things out with the local insurance broker, but I did appreciate their consideration and willingness to accommodate. Aside from the insurance snafu (which was not the dealership's fault in anyway), I feel the experience has been great. And so far, I am very satisfied with the Prius! More
