Bait and Switched... They claimed that the online tool was for what the resale value of my vehicle would be, which is not true. And why would that be helpful to prospective buyers, what do I care what they're going to sell my trade-in for? What really pissed me off about this, is that I drove an hour out of my way to be taken in by this. I even called the day of my appointment to review and confirm the numbers we had talked about on the phone. No further information about my vehicle was asked for. I have read on this post about the nitrogen tire thing. Yes, they had that on the bill as well. WHY? Throughout my driving lifetime, I've probably spent $10 for air, which in nature is 71% nitrogen anyways. The argument that it prevents tire rot, is also pointless, because most tires get replaced every 3 years. Clearly a gotcha fee from the 20th century. This dealership needs a customer service wake up call. More

On Monday morning my wife called Tim Sullivan Sales consultant with Toyota Ford of Greenfield, and explained our plight, Tim took the time to listen to our immediate needs and what we could comfortably afford, and after an exchange of pertinent info. Tim Called us back and had the right vehicle waiting for us right at their location, By Wednesday morning we were back in a reliable vehicle, with the most painless car shopping experience we've ever had. I would highly recommend Tim Sullivan and Toyota Ford of Greenfield for all of your vehicle needs More
Overall OK BUT ultimately not happy: Purchased a used Toyota from an excellent salesperson, Jared, and everything went well till the end of the buying process. Right when it came time to sign and pay I was told that there was an additional and unwanted " Nitrogen Tire Fill" cost of $200. Online reviews of nitrogen tire fill say it is totally unnecessary and useless, my opinion also. I did not request this option and they refused to remove it. They should have told me about this upfront as one is forced to purchase a useless option that you may not want. My suggestion to all who buy a used vehicle at Greenfield Toyota is to tell them if you want or decline this option upfront. Thinking about it now, I regret not walking out at that point but they know you have decided to buy when they tell you about this $200 "option" when you are about to sign and pay. Can't wait to see the dealer response. If they decide to refund this $200 I will post another more positive review. My plan was to buy a new $70K + vehicle, but now will look elsewhere.
