Extremely Pleasant Experience - with a bonus I went into the dealership specifically looking for a Toyota Corolla. My reasons were because I would be commuting to Hartford CT twice a week, and A I went into the dealership specifically looking for a Toyota Corolla. My reasons were because I would be commuting to Hartford CT twice a week, and Albany NY 2 times a month. Nick saw me in the parking lot and immediately started quizzing me about what I was looking for. He said, for my purposes, this would be a great choice. He also made me aware of your "up front, no haggle" pricing, and that put me completely at ease. Especially knowing what a great deal I was going to get. I had decided on a Corolla LE in Brown Sugar. That is when the wife came into the picture, because she always has to "drive" any vehicle I buy just in case she wants to "borrow it". My wife is much shorter than me, and found that she could not get a comfortable position. She also complained about the cabin noise compared to her $40,000 GMC Acadia. Anyway, she asked about the Camry, and Nick was very accommodating about letting us try one. Well, as soon as we sat in it and pulled out of the parking lot, we were sold! My wife then tried driving it. She found that the "electric seat" in the Camry allowed her to find the perfect driving position (even better than her Acadia). Once we got back to talk numbers, Nick had also suggested we try a Ford Fusion, just to get our opinion on it. We still loved the Camry and decided to go with that. Now it was just down to color. There was white, black, and silver on the lot. My wife wanted silver. I wanted white. But later on I found out that there was a champagne color up at your Bendix lot. It was the perfect color for both of us. The next day, I came down to sit with business manager, and complete the deal. As it turned out, the price seemed even lower than originally quoted. With the extra money, I decided to get the Simoniz Glass Coat, fabric protection, and 60,000 maintenance program. The next day was the day to pick up the car, but I just felt that a mistake must have been made so I went back over the numbers, and sure enough, it appeared that some numbers must have been transposed. Since I am such an honest person, I felt obligated to report it to the Sales Manager. He was so impressed with my honesty that he decided to keep the deal as it was!!! I was extremely happy with everything, from the friendliness of all the employees to the impeccably great deal that I got, even before the mistake! Rest assured, I will be a lifetime customer, and will be buying all of my Toyotas from your dealership from here on out. In fact, you may even see some of my family members there when they are ready to replace their vehicles as they all "love" my Camry! Thanks again for everything! More

Love the car, great people! Tried Toyota of Greenfield for the first time due to proximity. Went just to look and see what was new from Toyota. I originally went to a Toyota dealership in my local area, but was disappointed in their "old school haggling" and bullying to try to persuade us to purchase a car that was not exactly what we wanted. Carol located the car for us and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. I have recommended Carol to a co-worker who may be in the market for a new Highlander in the next few months. Ryan assisted us with the financing of the car. Ryan was able to help us get a rate even lower than our credit union and did not push us into trying to buy things we did not want. Some dealerships don't understand that the car buying experience has changed with the advent of all the information available through websites like KBB, Edmunds, AAA, and Consumer Reports. Consumers are more educated than before. Carol and Ryan understand car buying has changed and we appreciate their help. More

I was interested in purchasing a two-wheel drive Tacoma and Marty showed me one that was on the lot, which we took for a test drive. Marty answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He didn't pressure me. He did assure me that now was a great time to buy a Toyota. I thanked Marty for all of his help and went home to discuss the vehicle with my family and "sleep on it". That was last night. I returned to purchase my new Toyota Tacoma, this morning. As part of the purchasing process, I was, also, waited on by Ryan Deveney. He was just as courteous as Marty. More
