After reviewing your dealership, we found an excellent 5 star rating, and decided to see what you had to offer. Test drove 2 Tacomas. The 1st one was an SR-5, 4 wheel drive automatic. Ride was stiff and not impressive. Every Bump was felt. After owning a Tundra in the past I guess we were spoiled. Shane Barbato had us test drive a Tacoma TRD sports package, manual, and what a difference in the smoothness of the ride. This changed our mind to purchase a Tacoma. After going over cost and terms of purchasing, we decided to lease. What a great lease package. Never had maintenance services covered for the 1st 2 years with any other brand of leased truck or car. The best part about this transaction was there was no Pressure, No bait and Hook, and Shane Barbato was down to earth, and his great sense of Humor was another PLUS! We look forward to staying local, and feel confident in being well taken care of for all our needs. It is so refreshing to find a dealership, with such a nice staff close to home! USAA has a long standing reputation for associating with high quality products and business. Toyota of Greenfield participates in the service and was reffed as a nearby dealer. We also had previously purchased a vehicle some years before from this dealership. Mike was very helpful although we did arrive at a very busy period. We decided on our vehicle and completed our transaction with little hassle. Despite an unexpected and uncharacteristic glitch on the part of USAA insurance returning documentation to the dealer in order to obtain new license plates and registration we were able to pick up our new Camry as planned the next afternoon. Mike took the time to explain operation of the new features.. We are pleased with both the process and the price of our purchase. More
