We stopped at Toyota of Greenfield on a few occassions and spoke to both Carol Buker & Matt McGuire who were able to help us narrow down which Camry would be best for us based on the info we shared with them. We have bought cars out of town previously and were not expecting a local dealer to be so competetively priced and surprisingly accomodating. Carol & Matt's ability to work together seemlessly to find us a Camry we wanted at a price point we agreed upon was impressive and invaluable to us and ultimately ended with us buying a car we love at an equitable price. This car shopping experience solidified our efforts to do business locally. More

My wife and I were especially happy with the personable staff, transparency of the process, and detailed explanations we received. Shane Barbato was very friendly, thoughtful and thorough in our face-to-face, telephone and email communications. He is a wonderful asset to the dealership. Ryan Deveney was also very patient and helpful when we completed the final paperwork. Amanda (forgot her last name) too was quite helpful, she greeted us at the door and answered our questions. They gave us a quote on our trade over the phone and then stood by that quote. They got us in and out very quickly and delivered the car to us an hour and a half a way. Shane set up us with three test drives of vehicles we were interested in, with no pressure, and right up 'til closing time. He helped us sort through the options, and showed us our actual costs. We made the deal in the last 15 minutes, and came back three days later to pick up our new Camry SE. More
Friendly, Helpful, Courteous - Went the extra mile My experience started off with my husband's purchase of a Ford Escape. He relayed to me that there was a leftover Cmax with a reduced sticker price (loaded with all the fancy bells and whistles). I also have been intrigued at how improved the hybrid technology has become and that there was something that finally made sense to my commute and price range. So.....I decided to go in and check it out. The staff (Shane and Ryan) went above and beyond in my opinion to get me the best deal possible. They seemed to genuinely care. Shane was so nice, friendly and courteous (you all were!) - not at all the pushy sales type and helpful! Never before has a sales person offered to come along to assist in getting the sticker (the service dept was too busy), fueling up etc once the sale was final. As a matter of fact, the last dealerships sales crew I dealt with did not even acknowledge my presence after the sale was final. So bravo to your team! Ryan was able to work with the banks to not only reduce my interest rate and payment from the original expectation but to gain additional warranty, free oil changes, simonex finishing, etc - gas and go for the next 50,000 miles! This I had not even asked for to do! So - to sum things up 6 days after the sale I am totally loving the hybrid experience! All the bells and whistles are working great. This is kind of an experiment for me to see if the fuel savings is worth the change - so far I am averaging 42.3 miles to the gallon, run electric over half the commute and average I use .9 gallons of gas to travel 45 miles and have not had to fill the tank yet - this is partially due to ford filling the tank for me)! It can only get better from here as I adapt to hybrid driving! Two thumbs up Ford of Greenfield! :) More
Easier than I thought! I was very nervous about getting a new car. My credit isn't great and so I decided to Lease a vehicle for the first time. My sister referred Carol who I was very nervous about getting a new car. My credit isn't great and so I decided to Lease a vehicle for the first time. My sister referred Carol who she knew through a friend, and Carol was great. She made me feel at ease and helped me greatly in getting the car I wanted. She had me test drive the Fusion which is what I wanted but I didn't like the color. She asked me what color I wanted and she found me a blue car. It was exactly what I was looking for. Even though my payments are more than I wanted, which she explained why and I totally understood. My credit was one and I had no down payment, but she got it as low as she could by having me lease it 3 years and 3 months. She called me that same day to tell my I was approved and that they found my blue care. She said they would get it Monday. I got a call Monday evening and she said my car was there and I could possibly get it the next day. I went after work on Tuesday and met Ryan who helped me through the signing of all the papers (he was very nice and explained everything so I would understand) and then Carol got me into my new car. She showed me all the perks and sat with me inside to show me all the buttons and what they do. She made sure I was comfortable before I drove away. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ford and would see Carol again to buy/lease it. I had a great experience and my nervousness went away as soon as I sat down with her for the first time. More

Best Dealership in Western Massachusetts I needed a new truck so I began checking out all the local dealers, I found that Ford of Greenfield had the best prices hands down. I contacted Shane I needed a new truck so I began checking out all the local dealers, I found that Ford of Greenfield had the best prices hands down. I contacted Shane Barbato with various questions and he was extremely helpful in answering all of them and eventually we found the truck that was perfect for me. Ryan Deveney walked me through the whole loan and warranty process and really took the time to explain everything, which was greatly appreciated. My wife will be looking for a new vehicle in a year or so and we will definitely be going to Ford of Greenfield and I look forward to dealing with Shane and Ryan again. More
