Excellent Business Model Coming from someone who dreads any interaction with any auto dealership I must say that this was the first time I cannot find any reason to complain. Nick Koscinski handled our transaction the way it should be done industry wide and we walked out of there with a Certified Used vehicle at a fair price for both us and the dealership. Their business model is informal, with clear pricing and no pressure sales tactics which makes the whole process a lot more transparent and comfortable. Less like the contentious battle that usually takes place when buying a car. We would return to them if we were to purchase another car tomorrow. More

He got the car, but when we discovered we couldn't have a roof rack installed, he worked with us to get the next edition up. Mike was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly and worked hard to get us what we needed and to negotiate with us for a good price. We were very happy with our experience. Randy in Service goes where the other dealers wouldn't When the Nissan dealer I bought my Ford Truck thought my factory warranty may cover what was wrong she suggested I go to the dealer around the corn When the Nissan dealer I bought my Ford Truck thought my factory warranty may cover what was wrong she suggested I go to the dealer around the corner to see if they could diagnose the problem. I did and they were not very customer service orientated. They told me they could not look at it for at least two weeks. All I needed was someone to hook it up to the computer to see what the mileage was. They also told me the extended warranty I had purchased was not really that good . He had worked there for a decade. I went back to my dealer told her the story and she called Randy and explained my situation. Randy fit me in the next day to diagnose the problem. Made a lot of phone calls and found out it was not covered because it was a month too old. He then called and got approval for a new cluster gauge unit. I was going on vacation and he assured me the truck would run fine. Halfway through my vacation I had to come back for a medical reason . I called and he had the part and fit me in that afternoon . He was always professional and understanding. An asset to your company. More
