Watch out for upsold warranties Inventory and sales rep process was great. BUT! Watch our for upselling of warranties during the sale closing process with the business manager. Inventory and sales rep process was great. BUT! Watch our for upselling of warranties during the sale closing process with the business manager. The business manager lied to us that a warranty was needed to get a loan. We ended up getting the loan from them, but found out later that the business manager was not being truthful with us. The bank did not require a warranty. In fact, the reverse was true, a few banks rejected the loan because the cost of the warranty made the loan to collateral ratio too high. More

awesome experience I drove an hour and a half to meet with the sales person who eventually sold me the car I wanted. Didn't have the same experience in a dealership in m I drove an hour and a half to meet with the sales person who eventually sold me the car I wanted. Didn't have the same experience in a dealership in my home town. It seems the staff at Toyota of Greenfield knew their vehicles, listened to their customers needs and matched them up with the right vehicle and at a price that beat the rest. The staff was experienced, smart, understanding customers needs and went the extra mile to seal the deal. I would go back to this dealership in the future and would recommend them to anyone who would listen. They are a small dealership out in the suburbs, however, I'd much rather deal with them than the large state of the art dealerships in the cities any day. They are much more in tune with customers needs rather than meeting their numbers for the month. Mike Dubour was awesome to work with ! More
