We always feel welcome and Mike Dubour spends quality time with us explaining options and cost in an authentically professional manner. There was no pressure but Mike did everything he could to get us in the 2013 Certified Used Highlander that very day! The salesman, Mark Caloon,took the time to answer any / all my questions I had. As soon as I drove the car,I knew that I would be happy with the trade in. I have had the car a few months now,have NO regrets. I LOVE this car. It's the best thing I 've done. Mark quickly found the color I wanted. Took care of everything that needed to be done, I had no worries. It was the best and easiest experience I've had at a dealership in quite sometime. If you are looking for a vehicle, see Mark, he Will take good care of you. Now I drive right by the gas stations, it's very nice for a change. Check them out. I am one happy customer. Keeping It Local Pays Off With Friendly Staff And Value I shopped around for a Tacoma, as far away as W.Springfield and into Connecticut. I found Tacoma's at lower prices but not with the SR5 package. Toyota of Greenfield found just the right Tacoma model for me, with the SR5 package, in a color I liked. The salesperson I worked with, Carol Buker, was very down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. My total experience with Carol and Toyota of Greenfield was an excellent one and I would recommend this dealership to anyone going forward. I've worked with this dealership in the past and the Service department is excellent and everyone goes out of their way to make sure the customer has a very positive experience. No need to purchase from other areas when shopping local provides the best value and keeps the dollars here in Franklin County. More

Buying made fun and easy- with a great deal, too I had looked at a fair number of makes and models, and narrowed it down to two makes and three models . I went to Toyota of Greenfield because they we I had looked at a fair number of makes and models, and narrowed it down to two makes and three models . I went to Toyota of Greenfield because they were the only dealer that had both of the models I wanted (a Prius -c and a Yaris) on the lot at the same time. After the test drive, when we went inside to discuss numbers, I was quite pleasantly surprised that I had nothing to argue about- the deal was that fair. I assure you, that has never happened to me before. Ever. Oh, and when I went in to pick up the car and pay, the price on the invoice was a few dollars LOWER than quoted, just because it was. Again, when does that happen? Shane (Barbato) is easy going, informative, very straightforward and upbeat, and when it was all said and done, I actually said, I had fun". How often can one say that about car buying? , They also do all the title and reg paperwork for you. A **very** customer oriented dealership. More

We negotiated a price, and made an appt for me to come to the dealership to purchase the car. The number we had negotiated did not change, and I value that. Collin sat with me in the car while the sale was being processed and reviewed all the workings of the car. If there was something he was not sure of, he checked immediately with another employee. He was aware that I had to wait quite a long time for the plates/registration to be processed, and took responsibility for the delay. Working with Ryan for additional products was informative and he was not a pressure-type salesman. I also appreciated that, and ended up buying one product. It's my guess that I was willing to buy that product because of the positive experience I had with him. More
