Everyone was professional, low-key and knowledgeable. The car was as described -- in excellent shape. I discovered an oddball issue with the car after the sale: somewhere along the line, the passenger-side sun visor had been replaced with a drivers' side visor -- so the mirror in the visor faced out the windshield instead of facing into the car. They demonstrated great customer service by ordering the correct part and sending it to me. No charge, no fuss. I couldn't be happier with this buying experience, and strongly recommend this dealership. Happy shopping! . More

I went online and looked for the best price and dealer ratings I could find for a small SUV. I found it at Toyota Ford Greenfield. Nick Koscinski called me back and made an appointment to see it that day. When I got there, he also told me how to get to the other nearby dealer and gave me a clear comparison of three different mini-SUV models. I was sold by his honesty, friendliness, and willingness to help, and didn't visit anyone else. I decided within a couple of minutes that I was going to buy from him, so it was just a question of which car I wanted. The advertised prices are fixed, so there's no haggling; I love that, because I don't want to worry about how well I can negotiate. They have the best advertised prices, they have a service that checks these prices, so they know it's a good price. Their prices were anywhere from $1000 to $2500 cheaper than other Pioneer Valley or southern NH dealers. Nick spent quite a bit of time with me, I tried many cars, I decided to go for a slightly-used Mazda, and they checked it completely and replaced the rear camera for free. I came away with a great experience, a great car, and a feeling that I'd gotten a good deal and been treated very well. It will be a few years before I buy another car, but I'll definitely be shopping there (even though it's 40 minutes away from me). More

Two sales people worked with me, Carol Buker and Shane Barbato, as one went on medical leave during my contact with the dealership. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I got a good trade-in allowance for the 2012 truck, the new truck delivered on time, and Shane was very helpful in explaining all the features of the new truck when it came in, as many of them having changed from my 2012 model, as I had "stepped up" to a higher tier Tacoma model this time. I enjoyed working with both Carol and Shane and recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I bought my 2012 Tacoma there also, and had only positive experiences with the service department. More
