Best used car buying experience of my life!! We found this dealership online, searching for a used Toyota Tacoma. Living 1 hr and 50 minutes away, we called to confirm they still had it, and mad We found this dealership online, searching for a used Toyota Tacoma. Living 1 hr and 50 minutes away, we called to confirm they still had it, and made arrangements to see it. When we got there, Shane greeted us, brought the truck to the front door, made copies of our driver licenses, and sent us on our way for a test drive. He didn't feel the need to go with us, told us to take our time and really get a good feel for the vehicle. No pressure! We came back and asked about a couple of very minor things we noticed that were needed, and he assured us they would fix them before we took delivery if we wanted it. He left us alone with truck in the parking lot to discuss it among ourselves and told us to just lock it up and return the key when we were ready. Again, no pressure! We left a $500 deposit and a credit application, anticipating that we might find better rates with our bank but wanted a comparison. He called the next day with a rate and we agreed to check our bank. Being out of state, things moved a bit slower but Shane connected us with Nick and just asked to be kept in the loop. A week later we had our financing in place and picked up the truck (in and out in 15 minutes!) and Ryan helped with the final paperwork and the service contract that we purchased. Being out of state, there were some differences in how the title is handled so we had to work that out, but again Shane was very responsive and took care of everything for us the next business day. I HIGHLY recommend Shane and this dealership. It was easily the most pleasant car buying experience to date for me, and I've bought a LOT of used vehicles in my driving years. I will check with Shane before my next vehicle purchase. To me, it was well worth the drive (all 3 times to get the deal completed). More

My wife and I had a perfect experience with Matt and this dealership!! Two days prior to first contacting Matt, my wife and I had gone to another dealership to test drive a Land Cruiser and a Sequoia. Although this other dealership did not treat us poorly, they seemed indifferent to us being there. They also didn't seem excited to look for a vehicle for us, nor did they give us what I would consider a fair price on our trade-in. I left this other dealership feeling dissatisfied and quite frankly disinterested in purchasing a new vehicle after the experience. However, two days later, I decided to continue to look for a new Sequoia and contacted Matt at Toyota of Greenfield. Not only was Matt very professional, he was willing and able to work with me right away on assessing my trade in and locating the EXACT new Sequoia I wanted. This really impressed me! Toyota does not make many Sequoias any more, so it is difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. Therefore, when I went to Toyota of Greenfield, I was already planning on having to settle for either my 2nd or 3rd choice in vehicle colors/options. So, after I told Matt what I was looking for, I immediately started to tell him other choices I would be OK with. He politely said, let's find you the vehicle you want rather than settling for something else. I was VERY impressed with this attitude! Long story short, within the same hour I had gone to Toyota of Greenfield for the 1st time, I had made a GREAT deal with Matt on my new Sequoia and trade-in. I got EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted (which they travelled 100+ miles to get for me, rather than trying to convince me into settling for something less....HUGE points for this!) Matt also showed me their new Service Department Facilities which have all new state-of-the-art equipment. Having a great place to service my truck is extremely important to me too. A couple of days later, we dropped off our trade-in and picked up our new Sequoia. This also went perfectly. My wife and I met with Matt and Ryan to go over everything and complete the paperwork. Both of these gentlemen were outstanding to deal with! These guys and Toyota of Greenfield get my highest recommendation! Thanks! Doug More
