There was no Mazda dealer close and I called Bob Caetelli's to see if they could help. Randy Wheelock, a service manager, said come on over. I did, he got the battery in the remote changed. . It turned out that the car battery was dead. We got a jump start and all was OK. But, Randy was very pleasant, did his best to help and made me feel that if I ever lived in the area, I would consider buying a call from the dealership. More

Quick, Easy & Best Car Buying Experience! Living over an hour away, I really didn't want to make the drive to Greenfield but had checked out their website and found a nice selection of vehicle Living over an hour away, I really didn't want to make the drive to Greenfield but had checked out their website and found a nice selection of vehicles that I was looking for. I filled out the online form and a short time later Matt McGuire called. After speaking with him I decided to go check out their inventory. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff. Since we had already discussed my new vehicle requirements over the phone, Matt had the perfect one all set & ready for a test drive. After deciding on a price, my truck was headed to get detailed and I was off to Nick Koscinski's office where he went over all paperwork. A short time later I had the registration, inspection sticker and ownership to a brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. While there, I had the opportunity to witness several customers come and go. Each one was treated professionally and friendly. I will also say that each one left with a smile on their face and many with new keys in their hand. Although I would've liked to kept my purchase with a local dealer, I'm so glad that I drove down to Toyota Ford of Greenfield. I ended up with an upgraded version of the truck I was originally looking at locally and I bought it at a lower price. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle then don't waste your time shopping around at different dealerships go to Toyota Ford of Greenfield......I know that's where I'll be going from now on! When we came across the Sequoia online, we called expecting more slime and BS. But the exact opposite happened. We worked with Mark Caloon and he was wonderful! Very pleasant personality, straight shooter and great follow through. After we placed a deposit on the car, he had the car sent to us (we live 2+ hours from Greenfield) to drive and inspect in the comfort of our driveway. We made the decision immediately! Anyone who has been searching for a used car knows a good one when they see one, and this Sequoia was MINT! Once all the paperwork was completed, Mark had the vehicle driven back to us and they drove our trade away. Quick, painless and efficient!
