Highly recommend Toyota of Greenfield. Shane. Ask for Shane! my husband & I had been searching for a Toyota Corolla for quite some time. We test drove 8 different SUV's and met with 8 different sales managers. We actually never met Shane in person, but I have to say we are both highly impressed with his knowledge about the Toyota Highlander as well as his customer service. We live about 45 minutes away and made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy and saved us a ton of time! Shane we cannot thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality! More

Another fantastic, successful Toyota purchase I decided that I enjoyed driving my wife's RAV4 more than my Tacoma, so I phoned my favorite sales rep at Toyota of Greenfield, Shane Barbato on a Mon I decided that I enjoyed driving my wife's RAV4 more than my Tacoma, so I phoned my favorite sales rep at Toyota of Greenfield, Shane Barbato on a Monday morning and told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my 2014 Tacoma for a 2016 RAV4. By that afternoon, he phoned me to let me know that he had 3 vehicles which fit my criteria. I went down that afternoon for test driving, and settled on one of them, and took delivery Tuesday afternoon! Toyota of Greenfield gave me top dollar for my Tacoma, and Shane made the whole process virtually effortless, taking care of all the backend complex paperwork details. I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with Toyota ownership since we bought our first two Corollas in 2004, and have had a flawless experience since with a 2014 Tacoma, a 2015 RAV4, and now own a 2016 RAV4. We are so happy with the Cartelli owned, Toyota of Greenfield, and Shane Barbato as our sales rep, that, this time, we came from our new home in Florence to buy this recent RAV4, rather than going to the Northampton dealership. If Shane is still at the Greenfield dealership when we need our next Toyota (we won't buy any other brand now), we will be seeing him again! More

Miracles Happen at Toyota of Greenfield! Shane is simply a get things done kinda guy! Since everyone is into grades these days, allow me to input my A+! I walked in with no real pay stubs, Shane is simply a get things done kinda guy! Since everyone is into grades these days, allow me to input my A+! I walked in with no real pay stubs, a federal tax lien, and about 10 open delinquent account from my hospital bills. Did I mention, I also danced my way in with a whopping credit core of 530! Yes, that is in the category of "Very Poor"... They didn't freak out, put me down, or make me feel like a xxxxxxxx! Instead, they went to work and got me approved for a brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 with only 130 miles on it:)! It was a miracle! Since getting approved and making my payments, credit has shot up 100 points, and now I get offers for credit cards and soon will be able to re-finance for a lower payment!:) Thanks to Shane and the guys in the office, I'm on my way to proving myself once again, and putting myself in a position to buy a house soon! BTW, the 2016 Toyota Tundra was the BEST truck on the lot!!!!! I wasn't out in some credit rehab pile of junk that no girls would dare get into. I have also brought my truck in for my first oil change and some custom work done. They did it fast, really cheap, and never grumbled. I had bad experiences after bad experiences going to dealer lots and this was absolutely my last try at a dealer, and thank god I did. It was nothing short of a miracle! Shane is the best! More

I had a very bad experience with Stephens Auto in Bristol Ct. the day before and was second guessing my purchase of a Toyota. They wanted a down payment before a test drive of a vehicle they did not even have on their lot and then told me that the truck I wanted didn't exist. The next day I went to Greenfield Toyota. Shane and the dealership were helpful and pleasant to work with, I was able to test drive a vehicle that day, they were able to answer any questions I had and I was able to put a down payment down with the confidence that they could locate the truck I wanted at a fair price. I think that the dealership went out of their way to locate the truck I wanted across state lines in NY where other dealers told me that the truck was unavailable and they wanted to sell me what they had in stock, and in some cases not even on the lot. Stephens Auto lost out in over 100K in sales on my truck, my friend's future purchase, and who knows how many other sales will be lost. Even though I have not purchased any vehicles from Gary Rome in Holyoke Ma I like his quote... 'Gary, it doesn't cost anything extra to be nice. People want to do business with people they trust and feel comfortable with. We treat everyone like family.'"
