I got to the point where I would walk out of a dealership if I felt I was being pressured or gamed. When recently looking to trade in my 2014 Tacoma for a newer model Tacoma, I had just walked out of a Toyota dealership in Northampton MA (a place I had in the past purchased two vehicles and subsequently serviced them there for a decade) due to being gamed and pressured. Later that week, I hesitantly drove to Cartelli Toyota of Greenfield to see what was possible. The minute I walked in the door, Shane Barbato greeted me in a friendly, causal and authentic manner, listened to what I was looking for and then proceeded to diligently work to not only accommodate my needs, but ultimately to surpass my expectations of what was possible in terms of my trade in value and leasing terms for a 2017 Tacoma Sport. Afterwards, I joked to someone that Shane was more like a Toyota social worker, but the truth is, he treated me more like a friend. I saw him treating every customer he interacted with in the name way. Additionally, everyone else who assisted me at Cartelli Toyota of Greenfield (Dave, Craig, Josh) also did so with respect and NO BS. No pressure throughout the entire process, we were allowed to take the cars out on our own, and my wife chose to purchase a new Prius (Which is averaging around 63 mpg!) We also found the rest of the staff we dealt with to be friendly and helpful, and very efficient. A few months later I was in need of a new vehicle, so I researched different vehicles at different dealerships, and decided that since we were treated so well by Shane and everyone else at Toyota of Greenfield, I would purchase a vehicle from them. So I Emailed Shane and told him I was interested in a used Certified Camry, and he said to come right in whenever was convenient for me. Once again we were treated awesomely by Shane and the staff at Toyota, and I drove home with my car with a big smile. :) We are both first time Toyota owners, and are very impressed so far by the quality and thought that went into the vehicles, and will very most likely only purchase Toyotas in the future. Overall great experience!!! I was looking to trade in my 2013 Highlander Limited for the updated version of the 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum. After going to 2 local Toyota d I was looking to trade in my 2013 Highlander Limited for the updated version of the 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum. After going to 2 local Toyota dealerships that could not come close to offering me what I was expecting for my 2013 and wasted time bartering with their sales reps, we ended up at Toyota of Greenfield. Hilary and Craig were such a a delight to work with, and in no time, they had me set up in a exactly the vehicle I was looking for without raising my car payments! No hassle at all! When it came time to get my car, the entire team was very accommodating to my whole family on a busy Saturday at the end of the month, including providing my 2 boys with Dunkin Donuts!
