I primarily worked with Taye Darwish by phone. He was fantastic in answering my questions and doing everything he could to be sure we were able to get the specific vehicle we wanted. We live in Michigan and drove down to Columbus to pick up the car. Taye drove to another dealership to get the car so it would be there when we arrived. The service, selection and value of trade in were so great that we will not purchase another Toyota without checking out Toyota Direct even thought it is 4 hours from home. More
