Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years. So, if we need a crew or our finds or co-workers we ask them to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Patti or anyone else. I primarily worked with Taye Darwish by phone. He was fantastic in answering my questions and doing everything he could to be sure we were able to get the specific vehicle we wanted. We live in Michigan and drove down to Columbus to pick up the car. Taye drove to another dealership to get the car so it would be there when we arrived. The service, selection and value of trade in were so great that we will not purchase another Toyota without checking out Toyota Direct even thought it is 4 hours from home. More
