Tacoma recall upgrade They called me on a Tuesday saying the parts needed for the recall arrived and made an appointment for Saturday. I dropped off the truck at 0800 and They called me on a Tuesday saying the parts needed for the recall arrived and made an appointment for Saturday. I dropped off the truck at 0800 and got a call around 1500 that the truck was ready for pickup. I assumed it will take more than a few hours but i did not mind as this upgrade is a safety issue. The only delay in the whole process was the waiting for the service rep to check me in but no big deal. Overall, outstanding service. More
