Complete lie. Our service advisor never in the 3 hour wait came to us to advise us that we should have service done because of our maintenance light was on. When I made my appointment I specifically told the young lady on the phone I needed to make an appointment from service and I she then said is this for the 40k miles I said yes and that we also received a notice regarding the doors. After my husband and I left the service department we noticed the maintenance light still on and when I checked my paperwork there was no oil change to be found so we returned. I so happen to run into our advisor by the cashier desk and I asked him if an oil change was done he then said no it was not done. He was not aware that one needed to be done. I have all paperwork to prove it and I have the 17 point inspection paper the tech completed and no where on any of my paperwork does it recommend service to be complete nor does it state anywhere about notifying customer of recommendations to have it completed no does it state that a maintenance was noted on during that inspection. I don’t appreciate you responding to my review and not telling the truth. If I could post a picture of the paperwork on here I would to show exactly what happened that day. I was also told by my service advisor that a manager was checking into the situation and I would get a call back and guess what I never did. This happened on a Wednesday and I am responding to your response on a Saturday and still no one from the dealership has yet call me back in regards to this matter. All my contact is on file.
