Always Professional Service Personnel, Reception, & Cashiers This place is consistently very solid, when it comes to the customer service and follow up that you receive from the Service personnel. I appreciate t This place is consistently very solid, when it comes to the customer service and follow up that you receive from the Service personnel. I appreciate the text message Follow-Up capabilities and I have had nothing but professional dealings with the service department at Carlsbad Toyota. Occasionally, one of my two vehicles might need to come back in for a second look, but that is to be expected. The staff always works hard to make sure that I am extremely satisfied. (I am sure that is the verbiage pushed by the service department managers, but I think it is working.) Vehicles can be complex but I like the Toyota stands behind the work. It’s worth the small premium that you might pay over the mom and pop repair shops, in my view. I have owned 4 Toyotas in my life and I only see that number increasing :-) More
