Always a pleasure visiting Toyota Service, and even though I was a little apprehensive to go during the current health crisis, I had nothing to worry about. Masks required for all guests and employees, though I was a little apprehensive to go during the current health crisis, I had nothing to worry about. Masks required for all guests and employees, no need to meet with advisors in those small rooms, they come out to your car instead. Furniture inside the center is already spaced for social distancing. It was quite busy when I arrived for my appointment and took a few extra minutes to get all checked in, which I expected, but my car was still finished in an incredibly reasonable, quick time table. Pete Bennett is my go to guy and always takes very good care of me and my car, today was no different! Even without freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, I’m always extremely satisfied with my experience at Toyota service! More

I had a very unpleasant experience today. The Man who helped me was very rude and didn't inform me of the changes in the waiting area.
