Tanner was very helpful and the service was completed quickly, much quicker then I anticipated. I was given a 10% discount on the headlights, but $275. per headlight is outrageous. 4 hours and 30 minutes is just too long to wait for an oil change and new tires. Maybe Toyota should hire a few more people to speed things up. When I needed a battery and I was told 4 hour wait at Toyota oil change and new tires. Maybe Toyota should hire a few more people to speed things up. When I needed a battery and I was told 4 hour wait at Toyota . I went to autozone. Purchased the battery, the employee put it in my car and it took 25 minutes. Considering the wait time I doubt I will return for service. The employees are always friendly and courteous. No problem with the employees. Just the never ending wait !!!! More

The ToC mechanic clearly stated the car needed the part. Putting it in now means it will not need it at 60k service. So it should be included now. Makes me feel like your PM service contracts are a scam. I wouldn’t buying my next Toyota from TOC. Feel free to let the Sales Manager know your service department is not doing the dealership any favors. Nickel and diming your loyal customers is no way to do business. More
