Toyota Carlsbad Dealership is amazing. The building has great ambience and it is very comfortable. But the Customer Advisors are the best. They are excellent at what they do. When I arrived at the dealership, Aubry assisted me. I had never met him before. But I had spoken to his colleague Jonathan the day before and Aubrey remembered the conversation and knew exactly why I was there. I was so impressed with him. I was there for new tires. Aubrey brought me three tire options that I could choose from. He was on the ball!!! Then he introduced me to Pete Bennett, my Customer Advisor. He explained everything to Pete right in front of me. And he also printed out the rebate form for the tires and brought the paperwork to Pete and me. Aubrey was exceptional. Pete continued the pattern of exceptional service. I told him what Jonathan told me about financing the service payment through Sunbit. Pete understood everything and proceeded to ask me questions. So, he could start a Sunbit account for me. He was concise and articulate. He explained everything to me about Sunbit Financing. Later on, he called me to let me know about the truck and updates. He told me what needed to be done. He let me know about the brakes, fluids, ect... He also explained other services that could be completed as well, if I wanted to pay more. I accepted his recommendations to add new tire sensors to the car. Since that was going to take a while, he told me to keep rental car over night and he would take care of the cost. Exceptional and Extraordinary service indeed. Then, I had to deal with the Advisors in the rental car area. They were phenomenal and I have dealt with many of them over the years. What great workers. Kenna, the cashier was amazing. And the lady who helped me check out the rental was amazing too. I forgot her name. I feel so bad. But she has assisted me several times and she is always attentive, pleasant, personable and professional. Please find out her name, so she can get recognized too. All in all, I am willing to pay a little more for a service at Toyota Carlsbad because I trust them.
