The check in and the tire reviewer were great! James was great too, all friendly and helpful to a certain point. I’m upset at the managers. Last time I was there at some point one of the employees broke a p great too, all friendly and helpful to a certain point. I’m upset at the managers. Last time I was there at some point one of the employees broke a plastic piece on the bottom of my seat, I have the piece and everyone. I would never lie and say they did it if I did. Point being it was not fixed and they wanted to charge me $250 or so for something I didn’t do. Apparently the message wasn’t saved when I reported it. Unfortunately now I’m stuck with that broken bottom piece below my seat. I’m very upset about that. They tried to be helpful in price but it’s just not fair when it was broken by them. COVID-19 kept me in and we’ll I didn’t think going in sooner would be worth it because I’m scared of getting Covid. Anyways, now I’m stuck with it and now perhaps have to pay $$ for something I did not do. Also, I stated I recommend it, only because right now my oil change is on warranty. Always scared to be scammed by dealerships. My oils change was good and that was taken care of and my car fees great. More

Very slow service for an oil change, 3.5 hours. I asked the Toyota Service Rep what was taking so long? He told me it was due to short staffing. Other vehicles that arrived after me had long gone! Finally the Toyota Service Rep what was taking so long? He told me it was due to short staffing. Other vehicles that arrived after me had long gone! Finally when done, Service Rep went over recommendations for other repairs. I noted that the paperwork stated that Customer asked fir 17-Point vehicle inspection for which I never did! That is why it took 3.5 hours. Really upset me. More

The service department’s worked as I expected—in less time that was estimated. The car seems to be running better. My major issues were not related to the service of the car. However, it took me ove time that was estimated. The car seems to be running better. My major issues were not related to the service of the car. However, it took me over a month to be able to get an appointment because the phone’s answering machine gave an answer of “please enter your ID number” followed by “please enter your PIN number.” There was no way to reach anyone to schedule the appointment. I tried online but again I couldn’t find a link for scheduling. I had to physically to the service department to get an appointment. More
