Great salesmen in Pete, and fair prices. Service department needs to improve, takes to long to get car serviced spent over 2 hours on an oil change. That's not acceptable. Last service car was left over nite because I had a 7:00 A.M, appointment and problem was not worked on till later in the day requiring and extra day without my car. If they had addresses the problem first thing that morning part could have been ordered. Instead car sat there and they changed the oil at 3:30 and looked at the problem after that. The oil change was not the main reason for the service and I told them after problem was fixed to change oil, filter and rotate tires. Townsend Ford was always known for great service. Need to get back to that!!! Sales department has always been friendly and Pete is always great to work with. More

He also had one of his most experienced mechanics take my car for a test drive because it was making a low humming noise. The mechanic knew exactly what it was and quickly brought my car into the garage and fixed the issue at no charge. Thank you for resolving my issues so promptly and for the great customer service!
