I’ve been to Townsend Ford Service Department twice in the last two months. Both times they repaired my older Explorer (2011). The car is going on 100,000 miles. I can always be certain that they will repair whatever I bring the car in for.

My salesperson Pete Leger was very good. He went through everything with me and he took.me on the test drive. I loved everything about the car since I already had a 2017 Frord Explorer I was surprised to be in and out of the office with in about an hour

They go above and beyond to treat the customer right. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
