Excellent Paying attention to detail. Recommending action plan to correct problem. Problem with car moving when put in reverse. Also hesitation when going fo Paying attention to detail. Software solution has corrected transmission hesitation. Rear main seal will be a problem in the future. Not happy about this of course. Assembly of transmission drive train obviously the cause. Exceptional customer care! From the moment we started searching for a new Ford, Townsend Ford made the process easy. I did my research online as to what vehicle we wanted along From the moment we started searching for a new Ford, Townsend Ford made the process easy. I did my research online as to what vehicle we wanted along with the vehicle equipment we wanted it to have and researched all available rebates. I placed a call to a sales manager to inform him of what we were looking for as well as my trade-in and was honest with the payoff on the trade-in as well as what we were believed the blue book value to be set at. To make a long story short, our sales agent, Tyler, was honest and up front. He made it all happen with the price we wanted to pay for the new vehicle as well as receiving the credit we wanted for the trade-in vehicle and we left we our brand new vehicle bought the same day! In addition to the outstanding sales experience we encountered, we decided to give the service department a try for our first oil change. In the past, we have never used a dealership for routine service. Our exceptional experience was met with the service department as wel.. Easy drop off, service completed and car read for pick up within half a day of dropping it off. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Best all around experience we have ever had purchasing and servicing our vehicle. Will stick by them for a quite a long time! More

Great salesmen in Pete, and fair prices. Service department needs to improve, takes to long to get car serviced spent over 2 hours on an oil change. That's not acceptable. Last service car Service department needs to improve, takes to long to get car serviced spent over 2 hours on an oil change. That's not acceptable. Last service car was left over nite because I had a 7:00 A.M, appointment and problem was not worked on till later in the day requiring and extra day without my car. If they had addresses the problem first thing that morning part could have been ordered. Instead car sat there and they changed the oil at 3:30 and looked at the problem after that. The oil change was not the main reason for the service and I told them after problem was fixed to change oil, filter and rotate tires. Townsend Ford was always known for great service. Need to get back to that!!! Sales department has always been friendly and Pete is always great to work with. More
