As a person who has purchased two vehicles from the Towne family business ( Hyundai and Kia )… I always try to work the maintenance on my cars at these dealerships even though it is quite a distance away from my permanent residence. I do have a Hyundai / Kia showroom approximately 5 miles from the house however, there is NO COMPARISON as to the way I get treated at Towne. Since I purchased my vehicle in Denville, I experienced a serious maintenance issue and wanted to speak to the service manager as this was my first introduction to Ken… immediately I can see that I was not rushed, not treated like a number, and the conversation was one of resolving the issue and ultimately making the Towne consumer happy customer. I cannot say the same for the dealer location near me as on occasion I have scheduled service at this dealership due of convenience. There are not too many service managers which go the extra mile as Ken Goss does. My personal car (2011 Sonata) which is the third Hyundai vehicle in the family will have it’s lease expire shortly and you can bet that the first place I will look is Towne Hyundai. People like Ken make me feel at ease and I know that his group will take care of any maintenance concerns which may arise. GIVE THAT GUY A SALARY INCREASE ! Kindest regards, Steve Nahorniak More

I'm glad to say, however, that when I went to Towne Hyundai in Denville, NJ I had an experience that was the complete opposite. I met Dave Smith and worked with him in the process of getting my Elantra. I was unsure of what I exactly wanted when I arrived, but with his help and guidance was able to choose a car that was just right for me, and what I was looking for. I am pleased because Dave was patient, polite, and fair as he gave me detailed information between the two vehicles I was considering and assisted me in making my final decision that was within my price range. I am very pleased with my purchase I made because I enjoy my car and appreciate the help I received from Dave while at Towne Hyundai and after during a follow up call I received to see how things were. I took a business card in order to recommend him to others. He is surely an asset to Towne Hyundai. I strongly recommend the dealership as well! More
This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Towne and the reason we came back is the way we were treated by Jose. His attitude is not that of the typical car salesman, it's the attitude of someone that makes reason we came back is the way we were treated by Jose. I have purchased a total of 3 cars now from Joe. The first 2 were pre-owned Santa Fes and the most recent was a brand new Santa Fe. Every time purchasing a car is brought up with my friends or family, I immediately tell them to go visit Joe. He has taken WONDERFUL care of me in the past and I am expecting NOTHING LESS in the future. Every time I have needed to return to Towne Hyundai for any service needs, Joe takes amazing care of me. If the service department is booked or has no loaner cars (I have only needed 1 loaner so far by the way but even though they didnt have any available, he made sure I was accomodated), he MAKES SURE I am seen and taken care of when it is convenient for me. I would go so far to say that Joe is not only someone I have made 3 life purchases from, but a friend as well. And this is the first time I have dealt with his assistant Kerry, but she is a sweetheart just as I expected. As I said before, I have already purchased 3 cars from him and I'm sure this will not be the last one assuming he is still in the business (because I plan on having my new car for QUITE a long time seeing how I just love it). Towne Hyundai as a whole is a fantastic dealership, everyone there is attentive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. If you are in the market for a new (or used) car, take my advice and go to Towne Hyundai and ask for Joe or Kerry. More

Buying a car can cause agita in many cases but this was a positive, low key approach with little pressure in any facet of the process. My advice would be to ask for Jose and you will be very pleased. I told him the requirements I wanted in my new car and he told me all I was asking for was available in the car I had chosen. The Sonata is an excellant vehicle I love it. David helped me with everything, he showed me how to work everything in the car and even set up my phone book for me so I could use the blue tooth. When I had my final encounter there to pick up my plates I asked David for his business card, I will and have already recommended him to two friends. After abut a week David gave me a courtesy call to see if things were going ok and if I had any questions, this follow up is amazing. He is an asset to the dealership. The follow up with the sales associates and the customer is amazing, it really adds that personal touch to purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend David Smith @ Towne Hyundai, Denville NJ. More
