I'd rather go to a more consistent and reliable local garage. The service department itself is good once you are the lucky recipient of the coveted appointment. More

Avoid this place and buying a Hyundai at all costs due to the class action lawsuit for their engine failing. One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENG the class action lawsuit for their engine failing. One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENGINE OIL ONLY after 700 miles so I brought it in for oil consumption tests. First they overcharged me twice for services but thankfully I had my calls recorded and they contained to ignore my calls and texts. Then Terry refuses services for the car repairs and process to say "Keeping like this or you can take the car elsewhere for service". This was reported to the dealership manager. But then I brought it my car for the second oil consumption test and they refused to top off the oil and the service manager Erine goes on to say "I don't want to speak with him, he is just playing games" the proceeds to assault me by putting his hands on me and pushes me out the door while refusing service. Then they refuse to issue the check for the refund and stating to never come back to this dealership given I have reports them to Corporate for their 4 instances of unethical practices and negligence. We just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from this dealership for our children. We had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Steve Sanabria and Danny. Danny was new, and we were his first sale. The only negative was dealing with the financing guy. He was a bit gruff and grilled us on why we didn't want to purchase the extra plans they sold. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed everyone we met and interacted with. I would give them my business again, and I hope we can buy another car from Danny in the future. More
