This place was the pits. The building wad old and dreary and though my salesman was young he seemed just as tired as the surroundings. One manager came out to speak to me named Eddie who seemed like a good guy but judging the way I saw other customers annoyed looks and concern I decided not to buy. I'm still in the market for a Hyundai but with some of the reviews here and after talking to some folks who knows this place they will not be getting my money. Maybe one of the other reviewers who bought can explain why the 18 thousand dollar car was marked up 2000 DOLLARS for no appararent reason other than some suckers will pay it? A bad experience all the way around. More

This is my third Hyundai vehicle that I leased through Sean at Towne Hyundai (Azera, Santa-Fe and now a 2012 2.0T Limited Sonata). Customer service is great whether dealing with the Sales group or Service Sean at Towne Hyundai (Azera, Santa-Fe and now a 2012 2.0T Limited Sonata). Customer service is great whether dealing with the Sales group or Service dept. This dealership makes it very easy to purchase or lease a vehicle with very competitive prices. I can honestly say that I have had no service issues with any of my vehicles. The Sonata is really a great vehicle drawing a lot of attention. Most people at first think it is a BMW or Mercedes. Designers did a great job and built quality into their vehicles. Terrific value for the price. Great dealership...Try them out!! More

My husband and I went to view a certain car model, and four hours later drove home in a new car (having traded in our old one). Our salesman, A.R., was the best! Polite, very knowledgeable, respectful, n four hours later drove home in a new car (having traded in our old one). Our salesman, A.R., was the best! Polite, very knowledgeable, respectful, no pressure. He made it all come together faster than we thought possible. There were no control games of waiting indefinitely while a manager was consulted. The "invoice" was produced quickly, pricing, AAA discount and trade-in of our old car were discussed. The model they had was just the car we'd been searching for, not alot of 'extras', and we got a fair price on our trade-in. The 'cashier' (forget his name) explained every line of the invoice to us. A.R. explained the function of every control in the car before we drove it away. He then called us periodically to ask if we had any new questions. We are loving this car! (a 2012 Accent) Just completed a 2600 mile road trip and we consistently got OVER 40 mpg on highways at 70 mph, with AC on, and fully loaded with 2 adults and luggage. Anyone looking for a Hyundai should visit Towne Hyundai and ask for A.R. They also have great coffee. More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the particular car I came in to buy - the Sante Fe SUV. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. The process did take a while , from beginning to end, to complete the process, but I expected it would. ... it was a very busy summer Saturday afternoon! I love my "new" car and would highly recommend the Towne Hyundai dealership, and A.R. to help you with your purchase! More
This dealership is the last stop after a row of dealerships but should have been my first. After shopping at Honda, Kia and Nissan first, I expected Hyundai to be the friendliest dealership judgin dealerships but should have been my first. Towne Hyundai was a mad house and the first thing my salesperson asked before ever telling me his name was "are you buying a car today?". From what I saw of the dealership, no one was treated well. To add insult to injury with all the comotion in that place I saw one manager in the center glass office practicing his golf swings (while watching his reflection), kicking his feet up on the desk and either texting or playing video games while customers were waiting. Some people said they were waiting upwards of 6 hours before taking home their new cars but judging by their one manager that looked like the highest ranking person in the dealer you would never know everyone else was miserable. Perhaps my money was no good there or maybe I should have complmented the golf swings & Ms. Pacman game skills the manager there was practicing to be taken seriously!?! I loved the car and bought it at Hackettstown Hyundai from a guy named Dean who was much more concerned with getting me the right car than what he looked like in a mirror swinging a golf club like I saw at Towne. Hackettstown also didn't charge me an extra 2000 DOLLARS like Towne tried to charge me for absolutely nothing other than the "car is hard to get". More
