Caution with service department I thought I just caught them on a bad day the first time, but appearently its their culture. Second trip in was no better. I absolutely love my Tacoma I thought I just caught them on a bad day the first time, but appearently its their culture. Second trip in was no better. I absolutely love my Tacoma but Mike in service feels he can speak to the customers however he wants and trys to make people feel stupid. Not once but twice I have had a terrible experience with him. I would not reccomend this service department at all. Parts on the other hand is amazing and nothing but topnotch with the guys behind the parts counter. -Jamie More

Then ment The service you get is way over what I would have expected. They literally care about you even after the deal is made and the money is paid. Then mentioned in the title they don't try to sell you anything you are not interested in. They show you only what you want to see. They are not calling on more sells people like managers if you don't buy a car, no they try to make it right for you. More

The ‘no haggle’ price was very competitive and made the whole process much shorter and less stressful. I highly recommend this dealership. Rodney Alexander, my experience guide, was wonderful! I plan to buy my son a car soon and I plan to do that transaction with Town and Country Toyota, as well. More

Both my Prius and Tacoma went through Town & Country Toyota Service Center in the last couple of months for my being relieved north of 700$ with no end results to speak of. They are obscenely overpriced, have poor listening skills and don't deliver much more than lip-service singing about their "top dogs mechanics with 20+ years on the job". Bottom line, once unloaded of your hard-earned cash you still have to find another place to complete the job. More
Would Buy from Town and Country Toyota Again - Excellent Sonic Pricing was the best. We were able to complete all our research online, search Town and Country's inventory, and make a decision before driving Sonic Pricing was the best. We were able to complete all our research online, search Town and Country's inventory, and make a decision before driving to the dealership as to whether or not we were willing to pay the price for the car we were getting. No pressure was applied by any representative of the dealership. They were there to facilitate closing the transaction and accomplished that exceeding our expectations. They worked well with our credit union including re-sending a bill of sale within 15 minutes. Thanks Town and Country!!! More
What's Next?? I recently purchased a used 2017 vehicle. I paid cash partial payment and then your finance department asked my bank for the whole amount so now I'm still waiting on a refund check. Two phone calls and two weeks later no money. After purchasing the car....ohhh we can only find one key we will mail you the key tomorrow, then he has been on vacation and next at the latest Friday. Well it's Thursday of week number 3 and NO key. My XM radio cut off in 13 days and the oil change and tire rotation lights came on. I've only been 600 miles. I called the dealership she sent me directions on what she thinks is how to reset the oil and tire. If that doesn't work Google YOU TUBE!!! Really..... More
Great car buying experience! I am very happy with my new Toyota Tacoma from Town & Country Toyota. And the sales experience was much better than I have ever had at a car dealer. F I am very happy with my new Toyota Tacoma from Town & Country Toyota. And the sales experience was much better than I have ever had at a car dealer. Frankly, I was dreading going to buy the car. We had agreed on price via email on the vehicle, which I had seen on cars.com. Even so I was thinking that I would get a lot of sales pressure or games. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was all straightforward and upfront, and there were no games. I was in and out in a couple of hours with all paperwork done and the car washed and detailed. My best car buying experience ever and I think I got a great price, based on my price shopping with other dealers. I haven't serviced the vehicle yet, so I can't rate that yet, but I am very happy with my purchase and my salesman, Michael Lomax. Rich Gunter Charlotte More
They were willing to haggle (despite being no-haggle). Despite being officially a no-haggle dealer, they were willing to work with me on the price of the 4Runner that I wanted (I got them down about $4000 Despite being officially a no-haggle dealer, they were willing to work with me on the price of the 4Runner that I wanted (I got them down about $4000 below the window sticker price AND they included the running boards — worth about $500 installed). I believe that I was able to get a good deal because of: 1. some legwork (I had a written offer from another dealer for an upgraded lower trim level to show Town & Country); 2. some flexibility (I wasn't picky about the vehicle's color except I wanted to avoid red); 3. no trade-in (we took care of our old car with someone else so there was one less thing to negotiate with T & C); 4. good timing (I went shopping for my vehicle at the end of May — a time when dealers are eager to get rid of current model year vehicles and meet month-end quotas); 5. and bit of luck (T& C were able to "intercept" my vehicle before the southeast distributor got a hold of it and added their own "options"; T & C then passed on the savings to me). T & C's official stance is that they try to get the paperwork (i.e., financing, registration, etc.) done in an hour but it took us over two hours on a busy Saturday (don't make the mistake we made in thinking that we would be done in time for lunch). However, they did have a playarea and plenty of drinks and snacks to keep our kids occupied and happy. We dealt with our paperwork in a work area that was integrated into a service bay with our new vehicle present. While it was nice to inspect our vehicle before and while the papers were being reviewed and signed, I wished that this work area/service bay had AC as it gradually got uncomfortably warm as the paperwork went on. All in all it was a good experience, especially if one comes prepared and not hungry. More
