Excellent Collision Department I put off getting my car repaired for quite a while. I had the unfortunate "hit & run" happen to me. When I finally made arrangements to have it repai I put off getting my car repaired for quite a while. I had the unfortunate "hit & run" happen to me. When I finally made arrangements to have it repaired, Shannon and Jerry (and Darron) in the Collision Dept. made it as painless as possible. They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. While my car was being repaired, they coordinated a "recall fix" in the Service Dept (great customer service by Chris in that department). They go out of their way to please the customer, and they deserve recognition by the company. More

No call backs or messages I have a new 4 runner and all maintenance has been done by town and country Toyota. Oil change and tire rotation. I noticed in my glove compartment that my security bolt was missing. So if I get a flat I can’t change my tire. I called 5 times asking for the maintenance supervisor and people in charge to get a new bolt and I received no messages or any communication. I can’t believe I don’t even deserve a call back. What terrible costumer service. They really don’t care at all if I break down on the side of the road and can’t change my tire and leaves my family stranded. More

Treated like a queen I got the appointment for the same day I called. When Arrived the check in was quick. The offered me a ride to where I needed it. I forgot my phone an I got the appointment for the same day I called. When Arrived the check in was quick. The offered me a ride to where I needed it. I forgot my phone and Josette, the shuttle driver, drove back to get my phone. I did not have to step out of the car because she went in and got it for me. When my car was ready, the shuttle came to pick me up. My car was washed and the check out was quick, too. I had the chance to use their rest room and see the waiting area and they were clean; they even have a special area designed for the little ones. I will be coming back, for sure. More
