No call backs or messages I have a new 4 runner and all maintenance has been done by town and country Toyota. Oil change and tire rotation. I called 5 times asking for the maintenance supervisor and people in charge to get a new bolt and I received no messages or any communication. I can’t believe I don’t even deserve a call back. What terrible costumer service. They really don’t care at all if I break down on the side of the road and can’t change my tire and leaves my family stranded. More

Treated like a queen I got the appointment for the same day I called. When Arrived the check in was quick. The offered me a ride to where I needed it. I forgot my phone an I got the appointment for the same day I called. When Arrived the check in was quick. The offered me a ride to where I needed it. I forgot my phone and Josette, the shuttle driver, drove back to get my phone. I did not have to step out of the car because she went in and got it for me. When my car was ready, the shuttle came to pick me up. My car was washed and the check out was quick, too. I had the chance to use their rest room and see the waiting area and they were clean; they even have a special area designed for the little ones. I will be coming back, for sure. More

To make things worse Trevor paid the independent garage with a credit card so we could leave then he reported the bill as fraud on the credit card statement so the independent garage was left holding the cost to repair the Toyota service departments screw up. WHAT A BUNCH OF RUTHLESS THIEVES!! Thank god for honest independent garages! Never trust this Toyota Dealership... More

Beware of internet sales . I reached out to the dealership about a vehicle that was advertised online. The representative I spoke with was friendly and anxious to schedule a . I reached out to the dealership about a vehicle that was advertised online. The representative I spoke with was friendly and anxious to schedule an appointment for me to come in and look at the vehicle. The day before my scheduled appointment the representative contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was not available but would contact me if this changed. No problem with this scenario as he saved me a trip to the dealership and i appreciated the follow up. I spoke to the same representative two days later and was told the vehicle was available which was a complete LIE as the vehicle had been sold the day before. I spoke to the internet sales manager who was apologetic about the situation and indicated that they were working with the representative which leads me to believe this is not the first time this scenario has happened. This was my first experience dealing with Town and Country and I would caution anyone considering dealing with Internet sales group to confirm multiple times before making the trip to the dealership. Not a great first impression for a new customer. More
