Dealer Mo was nice. I had pre approval before I stepped on lot. Was there for hours. After I purchased the car, I noticed there was no coolant in the vehicle. Again ze I had pre approval before I stepped on lot. Was there for hours. After I purchased the car, I noticed there was no coolant in the vehicle. Again zero coolant. The reservoir was completely empty. The garage was closed. The dealer stated he would go to a store and purchase coolant and put in the vehicle. He was gone for about 10 min. When he got back I took the car and left. However, when I got home he put water. I purchased an oil change from MINI in WS. The car is fine thank goodness. But, I will not purchase nor recommend this place due to the fact I was lied to. More

Scheduled Maintenance I had to take my 2015 Highlander in for routine maintenance. Called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in with Chastity the next day. I had to take my 2015 Highlander in for routine maintenance. Called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in with Chastity the next day. She was wonderful as always. Very knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. She came out to let me know that the service guys noted that my car was out of alignment and let me know what the cost was for an alignment. I knew that I would need new tires within about a month, so I didn't want to have an alignment done at that time, and again when the new tires were installed. She understood completely & didn't try to push me into getting the alignment at that time, which I REALLY appreciated. She had told me how much the alignment was so that I would be prepared once I got my new tires. Everyone at Town & Country always lets you know what your options are, and then are always very respectful of what the customer wants and are very accommodating. Great place!! More

I have extensive experience in working with dealerships on a number of levels and I can tell you this was one of the best experiences hands down. Explicitly from the management on down. I called town and Country Toyota right before closing one night to ask about an in stock vehicle. Blake Boyd - pre owned manager answered the phone and in formed me the vehicle was actually at cadillac, but could be brought over. Before hanging up I asked a couple of basic questions. Blake went well above and beyond what he needed to do to get me all of the information I was looking for about this vehicle at that moment. (I believe we had passed closing time at that point). By the end of the conversation and I had said I would have no problem coming to his store instead to see the vehicle simply based on the service I had already received from Blake on a vehicle, not even on his lot. We agreed on a time and when I got there the next morning the vehicle was sitting out front, cleaned up, and ready to go. Things continue to go very smoothly. I met with Ulysses Gonzalez and he took care of all of my needs from there. There were a couple very minor items to be taken care of on the vehicle, of course being used vehicle, they were not obligated to do any of my requests but they gladly reciprocated and got them all done right away. Nothing major, but the little things matter. I greatly appreciate there efforts on this. The rest of the process was seamless. Ulysses to care of everything. No sales manager, no finance manager, no high pressure extra add ons situation. Especially with my experience this part of the process was done very well, and I highly recommend other dealerships following suit. Fully electronic. VERY EASY. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my purchase. Had Blake Boyd not taken the time to look up the vehicle, tell me about the pictures that weren't already online, check the service records, look at the carfax, etc, etc, on a Friday night after closing, I most likely would not have purchased the vehicle I have now, or at least it would not have been from Blake and Ulysses and Town and Country Toyota. I highly recommend considering this dealership for your automotive needs. More

Excellent Collision Department I put off getting my car repaired for quite a while. I had the unfortunate "hit & run" happen to me. When I finally made arrangements to have it repai I put off getting my car repaired for quite a while. I had the unfortunate "hit & run" happen to me. When I finally made arrangements to have it repaired, Shannon and Jerry (and Darron) in the Collision Dept. made it as painless as possible. They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. While my car was being repaired, they coordinated a "recall fix" in the Service Dept (great customer service by Chris in that department). They go out of their way to please the customer, and they deserve recognition by the company. More
