Customer friendly I narrowed my search down to three dealers looking for a Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 Sport. I really didn't want to drive all the way to Charlotte , but the I narrowed my search down to three dealers looking for a Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 Sport. I really didn't want to drive all the way to Charlotte , but the closest dealer out of the three called me late saying he wouldn't be at work until after 12 noon, so I went to the dealer that was in Charlotte and the closest to my side of driving in . I called the 3rd dealer who was also in Charlotte and told him I would be there at about 12:30 pm. Deytontri ( miss spelled) met me as I drove on to the lot at Town & Country. He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions, and showed that he was working for me. ACTUALLY, the dealer management was really trying to take that extra step in helping me get the best deal possible.
