Not Happy I have been a loyal customer with Town and Country for a long time and as a matter fact we purchased both cars from Town and country Toyota. Eddie is I have been a loyal customer with Town and Country for a long time and as a matter fact we purchased both cars from Town and country Toyota. Eddie is a nice gentleman and I have dealt with him twice. I am not exactly sure what happened on my past visit while I was waiting for my car. I only requested to have 4 new tires and oil change. Douglas came and he took me to where my car was mounted for tires replacement. One of the mechanics told me that I have little drag on my front wheel!! I was told both of my front calipers was seizing and they need to be replaced as well as brake pads. I wasn’t having any issues with my car and been running fine. My car was in perfect shape before I came to Town and Country Toyota except I needed 4 new tires. I always did recommended service by Town and Country Toyota. I also see super-long-life coolant was added with a labor charge $162. Labor charge to add coolant? My mistake was that I mentioned my driving to Michigan next week. I feel like I was hassled to get it fix both front calipers, brake pads, which costs additional $1,042 not including 4 tires. I wasn’t complaining about over 5 hours wait time. Please don’t scold Eddie because he has nothing do with additional charges. I miss Bret Rice who used to work there and never pushed me to do unnecessary maintenance work. He was honest. I guess honest people don’t last in this type of business. I am really unhappy with my service this time. I should have gone to NTB to get my tires replaced and get my oil changed elsewhere. .I saw another case while I was waiting for my car. Another gentleman was complaining about additional work being done without him being informed. I know I had the right to refuse the additional services but I trusted Town and Country. I gave 3 stars because I had good experiences before. I had hard time to get the paper work from Douglas even though my car was ready while ago. I can see my car parked outside. Eddie thought my car was still being worked on after 5 hours. We have another car and don't plan to take to T & C. More

Recent service department changes were not all good; particularly the loss of my favorite service person, Bret Rise. My first after the change was bumpy to put it mildly. Then I discovered David Meek in the service department. His service was excellent, offering clear explanations for the service and charges. My wait was brief. I am happy to have found someone competent, reliable, and trustworthy again, and will stick with Town & Country for ongoing service needs. More

I went to get a used car at Town and Country, I was convinced by sales guy I can get a new one for an additional $1000 on the used so it didn't make sense to get used. I went to the new and truthfully the price on the car was like a $1000 more than the used one. To cut everything short, as I was signing the papers, I brought to his attention why I am seeing a different amount. He told me that amount will kick in if I am unable to pay in 5 years. I then agreed to sign. I drove the car home, did my calculation to find out I will be making monthly payment towards the amount I questioned the sales guy about. My point is be transparent and let buyers know what they are into, if they are interested they will buy it. Don't lie and even lie again when the buyer questions you. Please I don't want anybody to feel the way I am feeling right now, don't get deceived by their prices on the cars. More
1st Encounter was a waste, gave then a 2nd Called on Fri to make Sun Appt. Told them we would bring a Moto to trade was told no problem. Get there drove car we wanted to buy then told they couldn't do trade cause everything closed. I said that's why we called ahead since we live 2 hrs away. So after wasting our time & gas and they made no effort to see what they could do. We head home after waste all day and having to drive a gas guzzler truck to haul trailer Moto there and back. 2nd Chance... Received call back from the GM, took a week but finally came to an agreement. Was happy to find out, that there are still some places owning up to their mistakes and try to fix them. Thank You. More
Amazing Body Shop Experience! I had to take my car to the Toyota Body shop last week. It was the closest body shop and my front end bumper was dragging something. I dreaded it. I I had to take my car to the Toyota Body shop last week. It was the closest body shop and my front end bumper was dragging something. I dreaded it. I have never been to a dealer body shop. I thought they would take me to the cleaners. Eddie Sloop met me inside and took a look at my car. He showed me right away what the problem was...someone had backed into me in a parking lot apparently, and I didn't even know it. We thought we were going to have to replace the bumper and some split parts. He showed me the broken and frayed pieces. But he told me to wait inside and he was able to put it back together. I have no idea what he did, but in the end, he didn't charge me anything. Nothing! I couldn't believe it. It gave me great faith in the honesty and integrity of this body shop. I would trust them with any repair from here on out. That's what it comes down to--a matter of trust. More
