Car broke down 3 hours into trip, Had towed to independent garage and we discovered the bolts were never tightened up on the power steering bracket. To make things worse Trevor paid the independent garage with a credit card so we could leave then he reported the bill as fraud on the credit card statement so the independent garage was left holding the cost to repair the Toyota service departments screw up. Beware of internet sales . I reached out to the dealership about a vehicle that was advertised online. The representative I spoke with was friendly and anxious to schedule a . I reached out to the dealership about a vehicle that was advertised online. The representative I spoke with was friendly and anxious to schedule an appointment for me to come in and look at the vehicle. The day before my scheduled appointment the representative contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was not available but would contact me if this changed. No problem with this scenario as he saved me a trip to the dealership and i appreciated the follow up. I spoke to the same representative two days later and was told the vehicle was available which was a complete LIE as the vehicle had been sold the day before. I spoke to the internet sales manager who was apologetic about the situation and indicated that they were working with the representative which leads me to believe this is not the first time this scenario has happened. This was my first experience dealing with Town and Country and I would caution anyone considering dealing with Internet sales group to confirm multiple times before making the trip to the dealership. Not a great first impression for a new customer. More

Caution with service department I thought I just caught them on a bad day the first time, but appearently its their culture. Second trip in was no better. Buying a car not being sold a car The service you get is way over what I would have expected. They literally care about you even after the deal is made and the money is paid. Both my Prius and Tacoma went through Town & Country Toyota Service Center in the last couple of months for my being relieved north of 700$ with no end results to speak of. They are obscenely overpriced, have poor listening skills and don't deliver much more than lip-service singing about their "top dogs mechanics with 20+ years on the job". Bottom line, once unloaded of your hard-earned cash you still have to find another place to complete the job. More

No pressure was applied by any representative of the dealership. They were there to facilitate closing the transaction and accomplished that exceeding our expectations. They worked well with our credit union including re-sending a bill of sale within 15 minutes. Thanks Town and Country!!! More

After purchasing the car....ohhh we can only find one key we will mail you the key tomorrow, then he has been on vacation and next at the latest Friday. Well it's Thursday of week number 3 and NO key. My XM radio cut off in 13 days and the oil change and tire rotation lights came on. I've only been 600 miles. I called the dealership she sent me directions on what she thinks is how to reset the oil and tire. If that doesn't work Google YOU TUBE!!! Really..... More
