I had a good buying experience but was told I would be receiving a second key via mail and have yet to recieve it after 3 follow up attempts. The last call I made, I was told by the Sales Manager that the receiving a second key via mail and have yet to recieve it after 3 follow up attempts. The last call I made, I was told by the Sales Manager that the Sales person who told me that is no longer with them. He said that his Key person wasn't available and he couldn't promise me a second key. I asked him how I could go about receiving one and after thinking for a second He said I wouldn't have to worry about it, he'd take care of it. I have yet to recieve the second key and it's been over 6 weeks since I purchased the car. I've purchased a vehicle here before and recieved excellent service during that process and all service visits. I've also referred family members who have purchased from them also. However, due to my recent experience, I'm not aire I'd refer anyone to them again unless the commitment about the second key is kept as i was promised this multiple times but haven't recieved it yet. More

While the people were respectful on the surface, the dealership is trying to sell cars above MSRP. Best in class dealerships weren’t even doing that during the supply chain woes of 2022. Dealers look to offset low new car margins with all sorts of confusing add-ons and “requirements” to enhance their bottom line. But this place seemed high compared to other dealers have shopped. If not for the absolute need for a vehicle would have walked out the door. More
