I bought two Toyota 4Runners from this dealership in 2021 the sales manager and salesman at that time were wonderful to work with! Fast forward to today I walk in and speak with the sales manager who placed me with a sales man after 30 minutes he approached me with a down payment amount for a tundra I leave and think about it and call back and told him to run the numbers on a Tacoma he stated he would and he was going to text me so I have his number when we hung up well that was hours ago and nothing. I don’t recommend them anymore it seems their customer service absolutely went down hill from 2021 till now. Scott Clark is highly communicative so do yourself a favor go somewhere that actually communicates. Update I called this morning and spoke with someone in the BDC? I ask why I never got a call back on the updated vehicle vs what I looked at yesterday I also stated I went to Scott Clark and stated the number they gave me he seriously just ask me “ well why are you calling us since you have a number from them” SERIOUSLY!?!
