Charles Padgett, the salesman, called when the vehicle arrived 4 days early to arrange pickup. My wife and I went to Charlotte to get the car as arranged. It was ready to go. It took about an hour for the paperwork. We were offered warranties but declined with no pressure. They synched the phone for us and explained the features,and we drove home.
