They were able to have the Rav4 Hybrid that I wanted in less than 2 weeks. I made the arrangements on a Sunday afternoon and put a $1000 deposit on a credit card with only 2 phone calls. Charles Padgett, the salesman, called when the vehicle arrived 4 days early to arrange pickup. My wife and I went to Charlotte to get the car as arranged. It was ready to go. It took about an hour for the paperwork. We were offered warranties but declined with no pressure. They synched the phone for us and explained the features,and we drove home. This was a seamless transaction and will look to this dealership first for my next new Toyota. More

The service person texted while checking the suv with a video of their findings and advised what services were needed and gave a few suggestions for continued maintenance. Aleksey Amiramov, I can now drive feeling safe since I did need new brakes aaaaand pads on this suv, which was felt when my suv wheel pulled and brakes slipped a little three weeks ago, while driving in the rain.
