Our experience was a little wishy washy, it started out great, Deforrest was nice and helpful, they gave us an amazing trade in value on our vehicle and a fair price on the vehicle we were trading for; how great, Deforrest was nice and helpful, they gave us an amazing trade in value on our vehicle and a fair price on the vehicle we were trading for; however towards the end of the exchange we were completely abandoned by Deforrest and bounced around to people, without him giving us any heads up at all and honestly had it not been for that we probably could have gotten out of there an hour or more sooner than we did. Overall it was fine, but being completely abandoned without a word was a little aggravating. I will also say they didn't do a very good job cleaning the car before giving it to us, but after being there for 4 1/2 hours it wasn't worth asking for them to go over it again. More

It was a total displeasure dealing with the rude, untrained, sarcastic manager Eddy. He was very argumentative. It's very apparent that Eddy feels that he must have the last word. When I asked who his supervisor was, he refused to tell me. According to Eddy I don't need to know who his supervisor is. Be careful when going there. This dealership will tell you to get a certain service done even though you've already had it done. Make sure you keep all the receipts from the work you have done or you may be paying for something you've already had done. I don't have much trust in this dealership. Thankfully there are other Toyota dealerships that I trust that I can go to. More

Warranty oil and tire rotation I had a appointment with the service dept this morning for my 30,000 oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the service tech told me my warranty I had a appointment with the service dept this morning for my 30,000 oil change and tire rotation. I call the warranty dept at 9:55 am and now it’s 12:24 and I have heard nothing from them. What great service. More

My previous vehicle was a 1995 Toyota T-100. Toyota trucks just don't break. There was a minor negative. I believe whoever traded the Tundra in put something temporary on the body to cover up small scratches. After three or four hard rains it washed off and you could see the scratches. I still love it though. More

Shopped many dealers and cars ... Rodney was THE best I have bought many new and used cars in my lifetime. This was my 4th brand new one. With the other three, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Th I have bought many new and used cars in my lifetime. This was my 4th brand new one. With the other three, I knew exactly what I was looking for. This time my wife and I thought we were looking for a smaller SUV as we wanted something a little bigger, wider and more comfortable than our last sedan. Rodney took the time to listen to us, had us test drive the RAV4, which we did not end up liking. However, because he had taken the time to listen, he was able to suggest the Camry, which checked every box we had. Exactly 0 of the other three dealerships we went to that day bothered to do that. When it came to discussing price, he did not hold back on the discounts that were available. Now, in order to do our due diligence, we did get two other Toyota dealerships in the area involved, and got a better price and some features than the initial offer. However, compared to what we had to go through with the other dealerships, Town and Country's starting number was much closer to the final number than either of the other two dealerships. That said a lot to me!! Between that and Rodney's helpfulness, demeanor, and attitude, that landed the sale for Town and Country. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a top notch car buying experience. More
