Our salesman was grumpy, rude, unfriendly, condescending and disrespectful. Yep, I think that covers it. Never attempted to get to know us. When we questioned the value that our trade came back at compared and disrespectful. Yep, I think that covers it. Never attempted to get to know us. When we questioned the value that our trade came back at compared to Kelly Blue book, he told us that no one uses the Kelly Blue book to value cars anymore. (I guess, we’re dumb.) He said that their system is the gold standard and the value that comes back, (34k), is what it is and is the highest we would be able to get. Of course the price of the Avalon was no haggle so we had no deal. He was very unhappy once he realized that. Lucky for us, at Randy Marion GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac we found a 2020 Avalon with 3,000 miles, for the same price. They gave us $37,500 for my trade in and we had an amazing sales associate. Guess we came out on top after all. Moral of the story, I would definitely not recommend T&C Toyota. More

This was possibly the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and maybe even the worst I've heard of. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was easy. After my wife and I bought the car and headed out of ever had, and maybe even the worst I've heard of. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was easy. After my wife and I bought the car and headed out of town for Christmas they call me and say we need to come back and sign a paper that they forgot about. I rush home from my vacation to do this before 12 on New Year's Day as they requested. This happens 4 more times (typo on the paperwork, they forgot to send the paperwork to the DMV and lost it, forgot to get me to sign something again). All total my wife and I went up there 9 times; not to mention I have to leave work each time I go up there. Luckily it was only a 20 minute drive from our house. The 30 day plate expired and I still didn't have my permanent plate so I called up there and no one answered the phone so I drove up there again. Turns out about 2 weeks prior they sent the paperwork in and it had the wrong mileage on it so the DMV rejected it, but did anyone call us and let us know so we could come up and re-sign paperwork so I could actually drive the car I just bought? No. I had to play detective and run around their dealership to get the answers I need (seriously, not even the receptionist picks up the phone). Finally, the paperwork actually gets turned in to the DMV and tag gets shipped. Tag gets lost and I have to send my wife to the DMV for 2 hours to get a new tag issued because the dealership tells us our only option is to report the tag as stolen and get another one, "good luck". This of course negating the $55 I paid them to take care of the tag for me. 45 days later I actually had a permanent tag no thanks to the dealership. I do have to mention that Jack in the used car department went above and beyond to help me sort this out after our 9th visit to the dealership. Gave me his personal cell after telling him that no one was answering the phone in their dealership and filled up our car twice for us. He was the only person from the dealership to actually apologize about the experience we had. If you want an easy experience, don't go here. Amilcar, the salesman who sold us the car was also as helpful as he could be but there was only so much he could do. More
DeForrest did a great job, very knowledgeable and took his time answering my questions. Car was ready as promised and the dealership honored the quoted sales price. Just purchased a 2017 Corolla in December 2020. Had it for about a week and got a code for tire pressure. Took it to AAA. All four tires were out of balance. Got a second code and took it to the mechanic. for about a week and got a code for tire pressure. Took it to AAA. All four tires were out of balance. Got a second code and took it to the mechanic. This time it is for a the Evaporator Emission System. The diagnostic was $110.68 and the repair estimate is $689. Do these people check the car before they sell it? More
Four Tundra's, one Camry, one Scion later, I think I am qualified to say this dealership is missing the mark. This shows up in some intangible ways but when you neglect to reset the maintenance required se qualified to say this dealership is missing the mark. This shows up in some intangible ways but when you neglect to reset the maintenance required setting to me that is a low point. How does a technician worth his salt get into a truck which is in for it's first service and drive it back to the service advisor and not notice this. Why wouldn't the service advisor do a double check? Additionally there is a recall on the truck which was just missed. Wow, are the patients running the asylum? More
