Four Tundra's, one Camry, one Scion later, I think I am qualified to say this dealership is missing the mark. This shows up in some intangible ways but when you neglect to reset the maintenance required se qualified to say this dealership is missing the mark. This shows up in some intangible ways but when you neglect to reset the maintenance required setting to me that is a low point. How does a technician worth his salt get into a truck which is in for it's first service and drive it back to the service advisor and not notice this. Why wouldn't the service advisor do a double check? Additionally there is a recall on the truck which was just missed. Wow, are the patients running the asylum? More

Our experience was a little wishy washy, it started out great, Deforrest was nice and helpful, they gave us an amazing trade in value on our vehicle and a fair price on the vehicle we were trading for; how great, Deforrest was nice and helpful, they gave us an amazing trade in value on our vehicle and a fair price on the vehicle we were trading for; however towards the end of the exchange we were completely abandoned by Deforrest and bounced around to people, without him giving us any heads up at all and honestly had it not been for that we probably could have gotten out of there an hour or more sooner than we did. Overall it was fine, but being completely abandoned without a word was a little aggravating. I will also say they didn't do a very good job cleaning the car before giving it to us, but after being there for 4 1/2 hours it wasn't worth asking for them to go over it again. More

It was a total displeasure dealing with the rude, untrained, sarcastic manager Eddy. He was very argumentative. It's very apparent that Eddy feels that he must have the last word. When I asked who untrained, sarcastic manager Eddy. He was very argumentative. It's very apparent that Eddy feels that he must have the last word. When I asked who his supervisor was, he refused to tell me. According to Eddy I don't need to know who his supervisor is. Be careful when going there. This dealership will tell you to get a certain service done even though you've already had it done. Make sure you keep all the receipts from the work you have done or you may be paying for something you've already had done. I don't have much trust in this dealership. Thankfully there are other Toyota dealerships that I trust that I can go to. More

Warranty oil and tire rotation I had a appointment with the service dept this morning for my 30,000 oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the service tech told me my warranty I had a appointment with the service dept this morning for my 30,000 oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the service tech told me my warranty expired at 25,000 on my 2018 4 runner. Very negative person. I call the warranty dept at 9:55 am and now it’s 12:24 and I have heard nothing from them. What great service. More
