Watch out for scamming in the service dept. I purchased a Lexus from a friend and my wife took it there to have it checked out overall for safety. Turns out the service writer and mechanic told I purchased a Lexus from a friend and my wife took it there to have it checked out overall for safety. Turns out the service writer and mechanic told her the cv joint boots were cracked and needed to be replaced, so she took a picture of them for me to see. They had sprayed oil all around cv joints to make it look liked they had failed. I have been around automobiles all my life and I know that these joints don’t have oil in them, just grease. Never again….scamming because car sales are down….. pathetic! 000000 More
Service department is awful. Service advisor and service manager were dismissive and I had an appointment and my cars under factory warranty. Both men refused to take my car to a Service advisor and service manager were dismissive and I had an appointment and my cars under factory warranty. Both men refused to take my car to an actually tech to look at my car. Not sure if it's sexism or them trying to avoid warranty claim. Pass and go to another dealership for work. This places a joke. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had, I strongly recommen If I could give no stars, I would.. I worked with both Angel and Jose. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had, I strongly recommend anyone that considers purchasing a car here to look elsewhere. After agreeing on the numbers and placing a deposit with Angel, the professionalism went down hill. From asking for updated receipts, quotes on cross bars, transit estimations, it all was terrible. Angel because unresponsive through texts, I would call and leave messages that would go unresolved. Even going into the location did nothing. It was like they got my money and just stopped. I spoke with Jose over my concerns, he kept talking over me. He repeatedly stated that he spoke to my husband in person, even after correcting him several times he kept calling my boyfriend my husband. I even told him that I am a military widow and that my husband was deceased, but that didn’t seem to matter or even change him from referring to my boyfriend as my husband. The date on pickup got pushed from Friday to Monday to Tuesday to Wednesday to Thursday. I called them on Wednesday to see if pickup was still set for Thursday and was told someone would call me.. no one did.. so I called back, same thing. Until I called and spoke with someone that told me the ETA was now showing NA, how they managed to lose a vehicle I will never know. Awkwardly enough, another dealership, that I didn’t even purchase the vehicle from was providing me with more updates than my sales person. It nothing else you’ve read tells you to go with another dealership, that should. Jose, the manager, does not know how important it is to communicate with his customers or his own employees, therefore it’s just a trickle down effect of horrible communication. On top of all that I had to call 4 times just to attempt to get my deposit removed. Please save yourself the hassle and just go to another dealership. Cars are hard enough to get with the chip shortage alone, you don’t need to purchase one from someone who refuses to provide updates. They’ll constantly blame the issue on the chip shortage but that doesn’t change lack of communication. As someone who works in logistics, customers respond better when they are provided updates. Best of luck in your car search! More

Update I bought another 4Runner from T&CT on Monday 8-30-21 I cannot say enough about Shan and Tristan putting us in the TRD Off road as a business owner it’s a pleasure to deal with such professionalism and they go above and beyond to make the deal work to what you have requested. I would also like to say it was a pleasure working with Brittany the finance Manager she was extremely professional and one of the nicest people I have encountered during numerous purchase processes and made everything smooth and easy!
