T&C was much more efficient in every category when purchasing a new car. For example they stayed in contact with me with using any pressure, made the best offer in negotiating and were able to locate and transport the exact vehicle that I wanted. Everyone that I had contact with at T&C was polite and very helpful. Bottom line, they are by far the most efficient Toyota dealer that I have ever dealt with and this is my fourth (4th) Toyota. The next time I need to purchase a Toyota, I will go back to Town & Country. More

A very good experience. I did my price shopping on-line before visiting. You had such a low price I thought there must be more and there was--the two added "warranty type" s I did my price shopping on-line before visiting. Fortunately, from the outset I asked for "out the door pricing" with each of the three Toyota dealerships I approached. You had the best pricing. When I arrived, a salesman greeted us in the parking lot and showed us where to go. He brought the car around that we had picked out on-line. We test drove it and came back for price confirmation. No changes so the F&I person then appeared, got our info and in a short while the documents were prepared and we were on our way home. It was all done in a fashion that I think most would want to purchase a car--honest, without games, respectful, and completed quickly. I have shared my experience with a number of people since and will continue to do so. And the highest of the three bids I got, called as we drove away to say, "I have a better offer for you."
