When your 2003 4Runner was brought to us it was missing one of the relays and we needed to replace that prior to diagnosing the rest of the a/c issue. I’m not sure you took the vehicle to after us but am confident my team of certified technicians would have diagnosed your issue correctly given all of the parts were intact upon our initial inspection. Our biggest mistake was not following up with you and for that I am truly sorry. I called you and left you messages 6 times. I offered to split the difference in one of my voicemails in case you had a new person working on it who maybe made a mistake as to how to fix it. My son did not leave happy as you stated on my credit card dispute. You said he needed a new compressor which would be very expensive with a total cost of work needing to be done including the compressor of over $5,000. You made the A/C worse than when he brought it in. Why would I have brought it in a second time after all of that? Maybe if you had called me back? Of course I took it elsewhere and they laughed, showed me a schematic of the fuses, showed me the A/C fuse that didn’t work, etc. It was the original one. He figured it out in minutes and ordered the new fuse. Against my better judgment, I gave you about 4-6 weeks to get in touch with me because my wife said to give you the benefit of the doubt. Shame on you. I am sure Luis went higher up and you blew him off.
