Avoid this dealership at all cost. We filled out their Smartpath tool and got a fair price for our trade in and acceptable cost for a new Highlander. We wanted to see the car so with Smartpath printout in hand we drove and hour to the dealership. We obviously wanted to test drive the Highlander, The sales person brought it to us. When I opened the rear door, the rear seats and floor were covered with trash!!! Water bottles, paper, even the previous owner's mail were still in the vehicle. We drove the car anyway and it seemed to be fine. We went back to the showroom and they quote us $1,200 more than the Smartpath quote. We asked to see the manager who was talking to other employees. He was in no hurry to finish up and negotiate the sale with us. He would not budge off their quote even though we pointed out their documentation fee was higher than on the Smartpath quote. His attitude was "take it or leave it". We left it. Typical bait and switch tactics. Do yourself a favor and deal with a more reputable dealer More
