New Ford Focus I contacted Austin at Town East Ford after finding a 2016 new Focus in their inventory. It was discounted because of all their 2017 models. The car came with an upgraded package - things I wouldn't choose to add on, but now I'm glad I have them. Austin & I arranged to meet; he had the car ready for me to inspect & test-drive. Will joined us to talk through financing options; I financed through Ford. I also got the warranty package; Will explained it. Drove 7 hours based on lies from manager One of the upper managers reached out to me trying to resolve and make things right. It seems that the new car director is new and does not know what he is doing. I am revising my review to 3 stars because Mr. Miner seemed to be genuine and I understand somewhat. However, why would they allow a guy who does not know what he is doing be the manager. This is my original review. I live in Louisiana and was searching the Internet and came across Town East Ford. Inquired online and started talking with Tevin. The prices seemed to good to be true. I then got a call from the New Car Director his name is Taylor. He assured me the price was what it was and that he sold cars to people in our state. He agreed to about $33,500 out the door. He promised me multiple times he would take care af me and honor his offer. We drove over 7 hours to be presented an offer more than $3500 more than what he had agreed to on the phone. DO NOT TRUST this dealer if the head guy will out right lie to you like that. Salesperson was embarrassed and seems like a good guy but this Taylor guy is an outright lying thief. More
