Very dissatisfied First off, if I could give negative stars I would. I felt very pressured and ended up purchasing a vehicle I HATE!! Next, the way I have been treated after the purchase has been a joke. I tell everyone I come across not to purchase from Town East Ford and this is sad because Town East Ford is the first car dealer I remember going to and seeing my parents purchase a new family vehicle! Boy, am I disappointed now. When I was looking at purchasing a vehicle my father told me "do not go to Town East" and of course father knows best!! He told me his experience years ago has kept him from going back. Hind sight is 20-20! I will be looking at getting rid of the vehicle and I am also in the market for a new truck and I know one place I will not be going. You got it TOWN EAST FORD!! I know this post might go unnoticed by the ones that can make a difference or even care to make a difference. Since the last time my father bought a vehicle from Town East Ford was the first time I remember ever going to a car dealer. It's said Town East Ford had lost his business since the 80's. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Ive been through the car buying experience many, many times. Ive experienced great salesman, and not so great salesman. This gentlemen however, was literally the worst salesman I have ever came across. The was rude by cutting my off multiple times. He only allowed for a 2 min test drive. He was persistent one trying to get me to sign a credit release form (I already had a loan approved). When I told him I wasnt going to sign anything until I know the complete price, including the TT&L, then we would take the next step. Well he gave me attitude and finally said he will go get the numbers. When he came back, he showed me the asking price, but then included over 5k worth of accessories on the vehicle, and telling me not to worry about it. THEN, he kept asking how much my loan was for, which is irrelvant because we havent agreed on the price of the vehicle, especially after throwing all these extra costs in. I explained I did not feel comfortable at that point and that I was going to leave, I reached out my hand to shake and he ignored it. Worst Salesman Ever. More

I needed a car in a bad way, His kindness and his big heart and the way talks reminded me of Sling Blade I Like the way you talk. You was second to none. I needed a car and fast they trusted me and I trusted them. Andrew kept me in the loop and we come to a agreement pretty fast. After I was "approved" and did all the finance paper work. Don't ever buy from these shady people. More
