We came to the dealership, knowing in general what we wanted, but hoping to get in the 0% financing Ford was offering at that time. Negotiations went well, and we were able to get a brand new vehicle with all warranties, at an affordable price, with our no-interest financing. The whole process took about 3 hours and we would recommend them to folks looking for a new Ford. Everyone was friendly (but one would honestly expect this) and we will likely buy again from them in the future. More

However, with this particular car lot, I feel compelled. To begin, my wife and I traveled to this location in search of a new vehicle. I already knew the make, model, and color of the vehicle I wanted. Prior to making any committed statements, the salesman and I began discussing the price for a particular vehicle. We were told that the amount was non-negotiable and already at the bottom dollar. That was red flag one - completely non-negotiable? I proceeded to explain to the sales associate that the listed amount simply was not something I was comfortable with, and I as well showed him a comparable vehicle that was priced lower at another lot. The other vehicle was everything I wanted, but was not yet at the other lot and would take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. It was at this point that the salesman asked me to stand by, and went inside and spoke with who I assume to be his supervisor. He returned and agreed the lot would match the price. That was red flag two - he already stated he could not negotiate the price. I explained that the soon to be arriving vehicle at the other car lot had ebony wheels, and that if they could match those wheels we would have a deal. The sales associate then ran it by an individual who I assume was his supervisor/loan manager, who then came outside to discuss the vehicle with us. Ultimately, it was stated that the wheels could not be transferred, but that powdercoating the wheels would be virtually the same. I was receptive to that suggestion, but only on the condition that it would not increase the price and that they would handle the process. That was tentatively agreed upon, and at this point the previously mentioned loan manager took over and the sale's associate disappeared (only coming back 1 time). That was red flag three - why would employees switch in the middle of a sale? Maybe that's common, but I didn't care for it. Once inside, he sat down and slid a piece of paper across the table to me, placing a pen beside the signature line. That was red flag four - don't pressure me to sign a piece of paper, I'll ask for a pen when and if I decide I'm ready. I reviewed the offer, realizing that the matched deal that was agreed upon was not what was written up. When I pointed this out, the loan manager stated that was a deal with the sale's associate, and not him, and stated we were comparing apples to oranges. While he was correct, the vehicles were not the exact same, that particular price had already been agreed to by the sales associate. This was red flag five for obvious reasons. Despite this, we then negotiated the price further: he offered a price, and I counter-offered. The loan manager then left the table to "run the numbers," and when he returned he stated my counter-offer would not work and that his original offer prior to my counter-offer was also too low and that he wasn't sure "where he got that number from." This was red flag six, again for obvious reasons. It was at this point my wife and I left the location. I also want to point out that at some point during the negotiation process with the loan manager we discussed interest rates. I explained that due to my credit I would be doing myself a disservice without a low rate, and in response he stated the rates were basically standard and there was not much room for negotiation (later found to be inaccurate, in my opinion). I want to be clear: It isn't the negotiation that I have a problem with. I understand they are a business and they want to make money, I am fine with that, expect that, and I support that. The problem I have is with the handling of the entire process, specifically the areas that I identified as "red flags." I highly recommend that you avoid this location due to what I view as shady practices and deceptive tactics. I am fine with a deal not being able to be achieved, I am not fine with the maneuvers they attempted. I would not send my friends or family to the location, and I will never return. However, in conclusion, I am extremely thankful that we left the location. I say that because once we left, we traveled to Two Rivers Ford Inc located at 76 Belinda Pkwy, Mt Juliet, Tennessee 37122. It was at this location that we met with Frank Snipes, who turned out to be exceptional. At the end of the day, I left with the EXACT vehicle I wanted (exterior color, interior color, and ebony wheels) at a price AND interest rate that I didn't think would be possible. In the end, I have absolutely no buyer's regret and feel like I was helped by and purchased a vehicle from a family member. If you are buying a new vehicle, please go to Two Rivers Ford and absolutely AVOID Town and Country Ford of Nashville. I recently reviewed Two Rivers Ford, please review it before deciding on a car lot. Good luck! More
Great deal! So far So Great!! Arrived at dealer around 6:00 pm. home by 8:00 pm Needed a larger truck to pull a trailer and farm tractor. Looked at a 2015 year So far So Great!! Arrived at dealer around 6:00 pm. home by 8:00 pm Needed a larger truck to pull a trailer and farm tractor. Looked at a 2015 year end model , but the Sales manager introduced himself and pointed out a 2013 with super low mileage ( 26200 ) with all the features and more than I needed for a considerable savings. Worked out the deal with Dalton Huber and Tristan in finance, Got a great deal on a low mileage used F250 , Even though the truck had some factory warranty time left on it, I bought the bumper to bumper extended warranty at a reasonable price on the recommendation of the general Manager only because it was used and a very expensive Diesel truck. I have to agree since all it takes is one blown engine or transmission to cost you 6 to12K. A little peace of mind is always good to have. They worked out every detail and I was out the door in under two hours including a 30 minute test drive. They gave me a more than fair trade in value on my Titan and a great finance rate as well.. Next day service programmed my locks and phone features in under 5 minutes. They even returned personal items I had stored under my seat in my old truck. More

Absolutely OUTSTANDING Let me start by saying that this place puts any other dealership to shame. I had been looking for a truck for a month or so. I stumbled upon this deal Let me start by saying that this place puts any other dealership to shame. I had been looking for a truck for a month or so. I stumbled upon this dealership's online service to inquire about a vehicle at about 12 midnight (I work late-that service is 24 Hours folks) and received a call promptly at 9 am the next morning from Ronnie Albright to answer all of my questions! Talk about service!! My wife and I went to the dealership right AFTER work (another huge plus- they are open later than most dealerships in the entire mid tn area). Ronnie Albright greeted me with a smile on his face. It was raining- Ronnie offered my wife an umbrella. It was a long ride- Ronnie drove us to the further lot via VIP atv. We wanted to test drive- Ronnie grabbed the keys and said lets roll. You want to talk about customer service.. I have never felt so respected and comfortable. It truly is the LITTLE things that make people feel special. Not once did he not open the door for my wife and I, was pushy with us, or made us feel uncomfortable. He was honest and downright awesome at what he does. The truck was spotless, ran perfect, was at a very reasonable price. Another thing that MAJORLY impressed me was that the GM of the entire company came out , introduced himself, and thanked us for our business. Even our loan processor was as sweet as could be! I was a mega skeptic of used car dealerships bc some truly are downright low and rob people. This place was NOT AT ALL LIKE THAT. To everyone that works there- thank you for everything. I will recommend everyone I know to this company without ANY hesitation!!! Ronnie- I look forward from buying another car from you in the future!! More

We were not intending on buying a vehicle but did so anyway! our salesman was Donald Craig, he is friendly and helpful. We were also greeted by the owner (sorry I am not able to remember his name) he was very professional and our daughter enjoyed playing peek-a-boo with him. I would recommend town & country to anyone. They kept their word like they said they would for us. We also were able to finance a vehicle with warranty through them when crest honda would not allow us. Our 14 month old was all over (as a 14 month old is) she was welcomed by everyone and left happy with a big red balloon! Town & country worked with us and we drive off the lot in a beautiful 2006 ford fusion with 31,000 miles! More

In looking at a 2014 vehicle there, the salesperson, Ronnie Crawford told me that he had a Demo available that I might be interested in. I looked at it and found the vehicle to be adequate for my needs. So we began the negotiations. I had a trade in, and we eventually agreed on a price. I told the salesperson that I would agree to a certain price, adding to that ONLY the cost of TAGS, TITLE and LICENSE. At this, the salesperson came to let me know that the Sales Manager, (Lee Lamb) agreed to that. After them writing up the deal, they slick talked me by saying that any fees for processing was not included and there were no hidden charges. After signing the documents, I noticed that the processing fee of $299.50 was added and there was another mysterious charge of $199.00 that I was not told about and did not and would not agree to! I called Ronnie Crawford when I saw this, and he said yes, we did discuss exactly what I have written above; and he said that he would tell the manager about what we had agreed to and he would have the manager would look into this and call me after Monday of the following week. (The manager would be on vacation until then). They also added a clause giving the dealership rights to any and all rebates on this particular vehicle. On Monday, no one called. On Tuesday at 3:00pm I called again. Ronnie Crawford said he never told me that he or anyone else would call. About this time I found out that the vehicle was actually titled before, and I spoke with the original owner of the vehicle, (Mrs. G). Mrs. G was not happy with the dealership - she said she got screwed by them and that they were dishonest - refused to give her a manual for the vehicle and she lost a good deal of money because of them. Funny thing - her salesperson was also Ronnie Crawford! She said that others at the dealership were even worse than him. I want hem t o reimburse me for the fees they told me they were not charging me. This deal has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer want this vehicle - or any other FORD Product. Ford Company - said there is nothing they can do. So - FORD Company stands behind their dealers and NOT their customers! Buyer beware!!!!! More
