Service Dept is consistantly bad. I have tried to have patience with their service department but they are terrible. I took my truck in so they could fix the vibration that was in my t I have tried to have patience with their service department but they are terrible. I took my truck in so they could fix the vibration that was in my truck. Once again they had it 24hrs and said they could not mimic the problem. You get in, turn it on and it vibrates, how hard is that? So they gave me a "free" lube oil filter. I took it to a local garage for brakes and he said " by the way, you want me to fix the vibration" and the brake fluid was extremely low. So, if the ford service dept. is that bad, there is no way I would buy a vehicle from them. More

Its all about the sale. EDIT: After texting the sales director about my review he told me off and made a couple of good points. The sales team did a good job. I got a good deal. They worked for my business and for giving me a good deal during the process I am thankful. I did tell him that in my opinion the sales process should not end after I sign the contract. Then I took his advice and lost his phone number. More

Harm to my business I purchased a vehicle 4/15 and they did not begin registration process til I called 5/13 because my plates were expiring. They sent a new temp tag but did not forward registration documents to my County of residence until 6/2 ( I have dated copies.) Now my commercial vehicle is illegal because they are refusing to renew my temp tags. Told me to "take responsibility" ..... this matter was out of my hands entirely, and this will cause harm to my business. My advice- don't let them handle the paperwork, they'll pass the buck when it's too late for you to do anything about it. More

He did fine by letting us test drive and all that, but when we got inside it was very pushy for lack of better words. The more experienced sales people were like sharks in a pool. We left saying we had to think about it. Next thing the finance guy was out at our car offering to make a better deal come in and listen. We did go in with no intention of buying that day but wanted to see what kind of deal he had. Well they wanted a credit app filled out and we never even found out the deal. We didn't finish anything and left. I and my husband felt so strong armed to make a deal there. Wouldn't go back for anything. PUSHY PUSHY People there. All we wanted was to know how much a car was not be forced to fill out credit apps. More
