Brian Marlin was VERY unprofessional; speaking over customers while talking, no respect for others by having co workers clean up a huge mess he created by sending a coworker out to our car while we wer customers while talking, no respect for others by having co workers clean up a huge mess he created by sending a coworker out to our car while we were leaving in the RAIN offering us $1000.00 more to come back in after he was so rude. They (salesman and finance mgr) have called us several times to come back. I asked for James Stewart the General Mgr and of coarse Brian yet again comes to the phone over talking me. We would have signed the papers and the purchase completed BUT Brian Marlins mouth just lost Town & Country a sale. We are already approved for a new car and will take our business elsewhere. Hopefully, Town & Country will see he is not a asset to their company. CAR VERY NICE FINANCE MGR VERY NICE SALESMAN VERY NICE SALES MANAGER- (Brian Marlin) A JOKE More

I had been in the market for a new truck for a few months. I did a trade in value on my 2009 Ford f-150 FX4 on line. Markus emailed me over the next few months asking if I was ready to trade. He was months. I did a trade in value on my 2009 Ford f-150 FX4 on line. Markus emailed me over the next few months asking if I was ready to trade. He was not pushy at all, just friendly and letting me go at my pace. He emailed me on Tue before Thanksgiving and sent photos of a FX4 like I was wanting. Wed night my wife and I went down to see it and meet Markus. That particular truck was not what I was wanting. HOWEVER Markus and Jeff, Sales Mgr., were able to make me a deal on a King Ranch that I could not pass on. No sales pressure at all with me ! It was the 3rd new Ford I have bought since 2004 and truly the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. I can't pass this opportunity up to say nothing but good things about Mark in finance. He worked hard to get us the best rate possible. Thanks guys for your professionalism. More
I called Markus on a Friday after finding a used Mini Cooper on the internet that they had for sale. Markus was very friendly and very good to get answers to my questions. We did purchase the car, and I Cooper on the internet that they had for sale. Markus was very friendly and very good to get answers to my questions. We did purchase the car, and I had no complaints at all with the dealership. If I lived in the area and was ready to replace my F250, I'd be calling Markus. More
I recently had a very terrible experience with this particular Ford dealership. My car stalled out on me and I had it towed there at 9am one morning. I asked them to try to figure out what happened (el particular Ford dealership. My car stalled out on me and I had it towed there at 9am one morning. I asked them to try to figure out what happened (electronics diagnostics) and I needed an oil change as well, and they sent me on my way. By 4:30pm that same day, I had not heard any updates from them so I decided to call them. They told me they had not done any work on it as of yet. They told me they would call me the next day to give me an update. The next morning I call them at 10am and there's still no progress made on my car. Finally at about 12pm I go in personally and confront them about the wait, and they finally start on the oil change while I wait an hour. They find other things meanwhile, and want to keep my car an extra day. Also, they ran the $93 diagnostics test on my car without quoting me first! The next morning I go and retrieve my car, only to find that I have $300 missing from my emergency cash compartment. I confronted the service manager, and he stated that they were not responsible for the contents of my car. My car was in the shop for a total of 3 days, and I was so disappointed with the extremely poor service. The staff was very condescending and unhelpful. I will NOT be going back here in the future, and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Bought a very hard to find configuration F-150 in the color I wanted from Markus over the phone. He emailed a copy of the window sticker to me. A few phone calls later, and we had everything worked out. color I wanted from Markus over the phone. He emailed a copy of the window sticker to me. A few phone calls later, and we had everything worked out. Flew into Nashville the next day(no dealers in the New Orleans area had one or could get one). They had a ride waiting for me at the airport. When I arrived, all the paperwork was filled out, and the truck was ready to go. Drove back home to New Orleans that evening. They even called the next morning to see how my road trip went. I was impressed with the "no B.S." transaction to the point that I would not mind flying and driving the 500 miles back if/when I need another Ford vehicle. More
I have been dealing with Town & Country for 20 years: sales, service, personel. Have NEVER had a bad experience. Would not buy from another dealer, period. Once you meet people that are straight-shoo sales, service, personel. Have NEVER had a bad experience. Would not buy from another dealer, period. Once you meet people that are straight-shooters, and it continues, why gamble with unknowns in this industry. And the best part is: Ford did not use my tax dollars to make my new car! I have been having my 2007 Ford Expedition serviced by this location since moving to TN in 2009. (With the exception of a few oil changes that I had done at Miracle Ford in Gallatin, TN.) I took my vehic this location since moving to TN in 2009. (With the exception of a few oil changes that I had done at Miracle Ford in Gallatin, TN.) I took my vehicle in on Monday and explained the problem I was having. I left my vehicle and received a call around a few hours later from George. He told me a list of things that were wrong and that needed to be fixed, replaced, or clean. The following were the things: Engine miss on 5 & 6 cylinders, mass airflow sensor needed to be cleaned, ignition coild boots (all 8) needed to be replaced, injectors 4 & 6 needed to be flushed and cleaned, fuel filter needed to be "checked" and throttle body was "gummed up" and needed to be cleaned. The total was approximately $1K. I gave the go ahead since I believed that all of these things needed to be done...basically he sold me on some things that I probably did not need. I got my vehicle back that afternoon. Well...on Thursday evening my vehicle broke down on the interstate in a construction zone. It was not driveable, as it would not pick up speed. To be more specific, the powertrain malfunction light came on. I had the vehicle towed back to Town & Country. Well after it was checked, George called to tell me that the throttle body (which had been cleaned) had shorted out and that it was an internal issue (and that there was no way that their chemicals/water could damage it) with the motor driver and control assembly. And then the ignition coils (boots were replaced) on 2,3 and 5 were bad and need to be replaced. They wanted another $900. I immediately asked for his manager (Matt Hooper who was not very friendly to begin with). Let me back up...George started off the conversation with a comment about "fly-by wire systems and accelerator cables" and his exact words were "the throttle body shorted out coils 2,3 and 5". When I repeated to Matt what George had told me he said "the throttle body doesn't have anything to do with the coils" and I asked why George said this if this was not true. Anyway, after talking to another mechanic and a relative going to the dealership, I had my vehicle towed to another, more reputable shop. I will be confirming that the work they charged me for was actually done and taking my complaint formally up the chain at Ford. They have lost a customer locally, and Ford company may have lost a customer because we have been discussing purchasing a pick up truck and the F-150 was on the short list. More
