The Nissan dealership here is very busy, even at 7am, which seems typical for dealerships in Kennesaw. Though it didn’t take too long to get help. In fact the service didn’t take long for just oil and ti which seems typical for dealerships in Kennesaw. Though it didn’t take too long to get help. In fact the service didn’t take long for just oil and tire rotation. Surprisingly they do not offer vacuum services which I guess I’m used to from my past experiences working at multiple Jim Ellis Dealerships. I only have one minor complaint. The technicians put way too much air in my tires, to the point where a highway drive in a basically brand new Frontier was very uncomfortable. They were reaching almost 45 psi in each. I had to stop at a gas station and release some air to get down to 35psi. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it should be normal practice to be weary of adjusting the tire pressure as a technician, especially when it’s cold outside. Anyways I will give a shout out to the Service Advisors, they were very respectful and friendly. Much different from the experience I had around 2022-23 when I visited and no one approached. I had to walk up to one of the ladies and she had a nasty attitude with me. So thank you! More

The service at this dealership is always excellent. I purchased a Murano last year and I've only used this dealership for Service. Lamar has always been my service advisor. He has always been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He makes sure I understand what needs to be done and what is actually being done and the cost up front. He even gave me options when I was ready to delay needed servicing. While waiting for my vehicle, he makes sure to keep me informed of progress. The waiting room is very pleasant. They offer complimentary coffee and a variety of complimentary snacks while you wait. I would highly recommend tor service. More
