Town Center Nissan

The recall was not done properly and when I returned to have this issue resolved, it still was not correctly take care of. Further more, when I came to the service center, my vehicle was clean and when it have this issue resolved, it still was not correctly take care of. Further more, when I came to the service center, my vehicle was clean and when it was returned it started raining that day and apparently my vehicle was parked under or near a tree or some bushes, I had a lot of debris on the hood and windshield. I did not say anything at that time since I was dealing with a death of a family member. The Service Manager did an outstanding job check my vehicle in however, I believe the technician was the one who drop the ball, Just like the first time I brought in for the recall repair. More

I recently left there thinking it was resolved and 30 minutes later the issue resumed. I called and never received a return call to address it a third time. In their defense, the weather has played a factor to large degree. I understand it may be a bit of a mystery but I feel like we are simply avoiding the inevitable at this point. More

The sale was quick and salesmen accommodating to my needs. I had to return only days later to have the front driveshaft into the transmission greesed because it was clunking. Definitely should be properly greased before the sale. More

They were extremely kind and professional. Originally loaned us a car that was the same as what we have, but then sold it to another dealer while it was on loan to us. Had me come back to swap it for another vehicle which was a big truck that used 3x's the gas. I can understand that they were concerned about the mileage we were putting on it, but we live 6 1/2 hours away and had to pay for a hotel that night before traveling another 6 1/2 hours home. Other than that, they took great care of us and got our car running again after having to put a new engine and catalytic converter in it. We were pleased with the service. More
