Be aware that these folks are deceptively attempting to add multiple dealer fees ("reconditioning fee"-$2,999!!, "document fee"-$1,098, etc.). in addition to the advertised sale price. This is not lawful. add multiple dealer fees ("reconditioning fee"-$2,999!!, "document fee"-$1,098, etc.). in addition to the advertised sale price. This is not lawful. (See the following from the GA Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (GAGCPD): "Georgia does not regulate how much a car dealer can charge in dealer fees, also frequently referred to as “document fees,” “processing fees,” or “customer service fees.” Given this, you will likely notice a range of these types of fees at dealerships throughout the state. Dealers are, however, subject to restrictions in how these fees are advertised. The Georgia Attorney General Office’s position is that only government fees such as tax, title, tag and Lemon Law fees may be excluded from advertised vehicle prices. Any other amounts of money that the dealership collects as part of the sale – including, but not limited to, dealer fees and previously installed dealer options – must be included in the advertised price. This pricing requirement extends to any advertised price in any medium, including online advertisements, whether from third-party advertisers, such as AutoTrader, or on dealer websites."). Note: I brought this up to the Sales Manager - Casey Congdon, Commercial Manager - Jonathan Bowman and General Sales Manager - Aziz Aztot, ultimately it came down to Mr. Aztot's decision to which he offered to discount the on-line price by the amount of the doc fee (ridiculous amount of $1,098), then said they were allowed to add it back into the final price because it was originally included in that price (completely deceptive). This has been reported to the GAGCPD. More
Do not take your car to Town Center Nissan! I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there. I had my 2011 Nissan Altima towed there. I was told my engine needed to be replaced. The cost of a used engine I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there. I had my 2011 Nissan Altima towed there. I was told my engine needed to be replaced. The cost of a used engine and labor would be around $5,000. I did not believe the dealership about the engine being the issue. I had my car towed to my residence. I had another mechanic take a look. The issue was the alternator. I called the dealership back and explained the new findings. The service manager but in a request to refund $165.00 diagnosis payment. I'm so happy I got a second opinion. If I could give a zero star, I would. More
A ZERO star review is not LOW enough for their level of service and professionalism at this TRASH of a dealership. I brought my car in on two different occassions for the same reason. The first time they r service and professionalism at this TRASH of a dealership. I brought my car in on two different occassions for the same reason. The first time they replaced my driver's axel on a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue after owning it for less than 5 months. After this replacement the issue persisted and now they are saying, nothing is wrong, but the car will continue making the noise. They also kept my car in their possession for over a week and upon picking up my vehicle I have several paint knicks and chips and they are taking NO responsibility for damaging my car while in their possession. They said they would review the cameras and either confirm or deny if the car was damaged before dropping it off and they did not share any footage with me, but conducted their own private investigation that concluded they are not at fault. How convenient!! The dealership and their employees have NO intergrity or professionalism. Don't even get me started on how predatory and scammer-ish they were when I first attempted to purchase my new truck earlier this year. They are the worst. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Worst mistake I made was purchasing ANOTHER Nissan--you truly get what you pay for and that includes the level of service from low quality dealerships and employees. More
Dropped off my car for service at 3:45 pm for a 4:30 appointment for maintenance and any work since car was between 70000 - 75000 miles. Was told they would do oil change and tire rotation then 16 point appointment for maintenance and any work since car was between 70000 - 75000 miles. Was told they would do oil change and tire rotation then 16 point inspection and call if any additional work was needed. Never received a call. When I called them at 7pm they were closed. I insisted on speaking to someone at the dealership about the status of me car. A salesperson spoke to me and found that the car was done and ready for pickup. They had done the oil change and tire rotation and recommended a 60000 mile service. ???? So I’m left without a call, a car and waiting til 7am to find out if they will do the service that they should have already done if the called me like they said they would. Poor poor poor customer service. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. More
BEWARE DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Town Center Nissan is sending out lottery themed mailers claiming prizes. We received a mailer that claimed we won a $2000 prize. We contacted the de Town Center Nissan is sending out lottery themed mailers claiming prizes. We received a mailer that claimed we won a $2000 prize. We contacted the dealer following the instructions on the back to confirm and were told to come in to claim our prize. We took a little time to look at new Pathfinders and Rogues to replace my fiance's BMW, the sales person refused to look any further at the mailer without talking about cars. We figured, what the xxxx, we were already planning on replacing the car. After 2 hours of high-pressure sales from an extremely pushy salesman, we got ready to leave to discuss the situation further and asked about the prize. We were told that we DIDN'T win anything, despite the fact that the mailer claimed a prize AND the person that we dialed confirmed us to come in and claim it. The dealers are soliciting foot traffic using deceptive sales tactics that are both deceptive and morally corrupt. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer, as this is a clear indication that they are willing to go to any length to take advantage of you. You can find evidence of this by searching their online reviews, they do this quite often. More
Yet another horrible experience with TCN service. Wish I could give negative stars. I made an appointment to have the shift mechanism looked at on our NV. Left the car with Mike Little. He said he Wish I could give negative stars. I made an appointment to have the shift mechanism looked at on our NV. Left the car with Mike Little. He said he would call later with the prognosis. By 3:50 no one had called, so My wife called them. The service receptionist Brandy called and said nobody had looked at it yet. My wife mentioned that we had 10 kids and needed our van back. She then said you can pick it up today but there would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I'm very sure when we complained she had a tech run out to the car and briefly look at it. We were then told it would $980.00 to repair. I was never told about a potential diagnostic and certainly did not sign any estimate agreeing to it. I will be getting the vehicle tomorrow and update my review. More
