Very busy location, but they took care of my 20k pretty quickly. But this is the second time I've been told they can't complete my recall on my 2025 Frontier. They said their connection tool wouldn't work. More

With a 7:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, you should not have had to wait more than three hours, especially without receiving a clear explanation or proactive update. We understand why seeing your vehicle still sitting in the service bay more than two hours after your scheduled appointment was particularly frustrating. Given your previous experiences with our service department, including visits for more extensive work that were completed in less time, we can understand your disappointment. We truly value the trust you've placed in Town Center Nissan in the past, and we're sorry this visit caused you to reconsider returning. Your feedback regarding the delay and lack of communication will be shared with our service management team so we can address where the process fell short.
