We understand how disappointing it must have been to return only 30 minutes later and learn that the item had been placed in our lost-and-found area but could no longer be located. We appreciate Dominic taking the time to review the camera footage with you, but we recognize that this does not resolve the frustration of losing a new personal item while at our dealership.
